Application for: Red Ascension (I'm open to other things but I'm apping for Red Asc because I'm pretty fucking weak RN and can't do much.)
Reasoning
- I'm actually pretty weak in the grand scheme of things. Basically everyone can kick my fucking teeth in right now, even Meghan who is like 'Everyone beats me up' kicks my dick.

-I fought against Pollivar and got my ass handed to me- basically being told that as long as I follow the path that I'm on I'll never really amount to much.

-In my attempt to kill Candle it was incredibly obvious to everyone there that Candle could've easily trounced my ass-- Candle openly denouncing my character as being the 'inferior Vampire'. Rex, who holds pride in his half-breed nature, takes this is an insult to the very core of who he is.

-It's my characters nature, the core of his character, to prove that he is strong. He wants to show the entire world that even someone like him who is no better (in his own eyes) than the dirt beneath ones feet can beat the strong and righteous if they try hard enough. Essentially being a sort of more immoral take on the 'Rock Lee' archetype. Despite this determination-- Rex has lost every single fight he's been in. Handily too.

-Shukoji, my rival, is still progressing ever further beyond me with each passing day despite the fact that he was already a hell of a lot stronger than me to start! At this rate, the gap between us will widen to the point of 'fuck you' and I'll never have a chance at actually beating him.

-The other user of Spirit Energy, Nevari-- is also a fuckload stronger than me too. Seeing her as a sort of direct competitor to him, Rex refuses to be outdone by the exact kind of person he wants to overcome. Nevari is all righteous and about justice-- the exact person that Rex wants to prove himself better than. As I am typing this Nevari beat the fuck outta Heero with 94% hp left and Heero would've looked at my gay ass and crushed it in an instant oh my fucking god.
