- Click on Add Account
- Select Add Mail Account
- In the New Account menu, you will need to specify the following records:

- Unfortunately the chat was not resolved, the client was not helped to setup the Outlook for MAC. You started investigations with Hotmail issue and totally forgot about the "Sender address rejected: not logged in" error.
- This error occurs when wrong SMTP authentication is used, so you needed the screenshots of the settings, sometimes it is needed to persist in order to fix the issue. This chat was in total control of the client, it is should have been controlled by you.

- I understand, that it was not resolved, but he was throwing random error messages, and when I was insisting on the screenshot he didn’t provide them. When I tried to ask him to fix the issues one-by-one, he was just throwing random errors.
- I really tried to help, and it is my firm conviction, you know that, but sometimes, after 3 hours of chat, when the client is not cooperating, it is hard to fix the issue.
- Sorry for that. I will do my best in such cases, as always, and maybe I have to be more patient, I don’t know…
