  2. There are 72 missable out of 481 entries. You can use this list as a checklist as you progress through the story. The entries of the checklist are in a chronological order, marked by the in-game Synopsis number. For your convenience, the bosses for the Secret Missions are also listed, although they are not missable.

  5. Reminder: Buy about 10 Magic Lens at the beginning. The shop is located at the left side once you go to Zaphias' centre from the Lower Quarters.
  6. Synopsis #2: (Zaphias): One-time battle against #459 – Adecor and #460 – Boccos
  7. Secret Mission 1: Synopsis #5: (Zaphias): Battle against #408 – Zagi and #409 – Zagi. Both entries are also obtainable in Nam Cobanda Island
  8. Synopsis #15: (Quoi Woods): One-time battle against #219 - Egg Bear
  9. Secret Mission 2: Synopsis #21: (Shaikos Ruins): Battle against #332 – Goliath. Entry is also obtainable in Nam Cobanda Island

  11. Secret Mission 3: Synopsis #27: (Ehmead Hills): Battle against #336 – Gattuso and #338 - Gattuso Cub. Both entries are also obtainable in Nam Cobanda Island

  13. Synopsis #31: (World map around Capua Nor): One-time against #213 - Rhybgaro
  14. Synopsis #32 and #33: (Ragou's Residence in Capua Nor): Limited time period. This dungeon is not accessible after you have cleared it. You need 8 Magic Lens for all enemies in this dungeon and for the events that follow afterwards. The affected entries are #067 - Susa, #068 - Val, #069 – Gilga, #116 - Black Bat, #183 - Black Wolf, #193 - Black Rhino and #230 – Black Basilisk. Entries #067 and #069 can also be fought during synopsis #35 on the ship, but this is the last chance for them.
  15. Secret Mission 4: Synopsis #35: (Capua Nor): Battle against #410 - Zagi. Entry is also obtainable in Nam Cobanda Island
  16. Synopsis #37: (Caer Bocram): One-time battle against #290 – Seed. This is a fake treasure chest which is fightable at any time, but once you win the battle against it, you cannot fight it again. This enemy also appears once in Keiv Moc.

  25. Synopsis #64: (Heliord): Limited time period. The affected entries are #005 - Knight Fencer K and #018 - Knight Lancer K. These enemies are only available once you take the elevator down until you defeat the boss in this area, which is a very short time period. You also have to talk to these knights before you can fight them.
  26. Synopsis #64: (Heliord): One-time battle against #051 – Titane and #415 - Yeager
  27. Synopsis #68 and #69: (Ghost Ship Atherum): One-time battle against #289 - Fake. This is a fake treasure chest which is fightable at any time but once you win the battle against it, you cannot fight it again.
  28. Secret Mission 8: Synopsis #69: (Ghost Ship Atherum): Battle against #349 - Cursed Wanderer. Entry is also obtainable in Nam Cobanda Island
  29. Synopsis #74: (Nordopolica): One-time battle in the coliseum against #014 - Erungar, #025 - Jugem, #038 – Johann and #453 - Flynn
  30. Secret Mission 9: Synopsis #74: (Nordopolica): Battle in the coliseum against #411 - Zagi. Entry is also obtainable in Nam Cobanda Island
  31. Synopsis #75: (Weasand of Cados): One-time battle against #055 - Etain
  32. Secret Mission 10: Synopsis #75: (Weasand of Cados): Battle against #354 - Pteropus, #355 - Attack Bat, #356 – Magic Bat and #357 - Leader Bat. All entries are also obtainable in Nam Cobanda Island
  33. After synopsis #77, you should rest at the inn in (Mantaic) for the item (Mother's Memento; #1126). This is needed for a Secret Mission later. There could be multiple events triggered by sleeping at the inn, so sleep until you get this item.
  34. Secret Mission 11: Synopsis #79: (Sands of Kogorh): Battle against #364 - Outbreaker. Entry is also obtainable in Nam Cobanda Island
  35. Synopsis #84: (Weasand of Cados): Limited time period. The affected enemies are #001 - Knight Guard, #010 - Knight Catcher, #013 – Knight Halberd F and #212 – Quietta. These enemies disappear once you clear this area.
  36. Synopsis #87: (Nordopolica): One-time battle in the coliseum against #008 - Grain, #021 - Rye, #034 - Pepe and #048 – Barley. The other two enemies also appear later, but it does not hurt to have these entries already.
  37. Secret Mission 12: Synopsis #87: (Nordopolica): Battle against #368 - Belius. Entry is also obtainable in Nam Cobanda Island. Do not forget to scan the illusion #370 – Belius (Double) as well.
  38. Synopsis #94: (Mt. Temza): Limited time period. The affected entry is #065 - Ail. This enemy is only available until you have rescued Judith.
  39. Synopsis #94 and #95: (Mt. Temza): One-time battle against #292 - Pandor. This is a fake treasure chest, which is fightable at any time but once you win the battle against it, you cannot fight it again.
  40. Secret Mission 13: Synopsis #95: (Mt. Temza): Battle against #427 – Tison and #431 - Nan. Both entries are also obtainable in Nam Cobanda Island.
  41. Synopsis #107 and #108: (Baction): Limited time period. The affected entries are #006 - Knight Fencer S and #019 - Knight Lancer S. These enemies are only available until you have fought the boss battle in this dungeon.
  42. Secret Mission 14: Synopsis #109: (Baction): Battle against #448 - Schwann. Entry is also obtainable in Nam Cobanda Island.
  43. Synopsis #110 until #112: (Heracles): One-time battle against #291 - Capiora. This is a fake treasure chest which is fightable at any time but once you win the battle against it, you cannot fight it again.
  44. Secret Mission 15: Synopsis #111: (Heracles): Battle against #412 - Zagi. Entry is also obtainable in Nam Cobanda Island.
  45. Synopsis #117: (Zopheir): One-time battle against #371 - Baitojoh. The relevant part for the Secret Mission follows afterwards.
  46. Secret Mission 16: Synopsis #117: (Zopheir): Battle against #372 - Baitojoh. Entry is also obtainable in Nam Cobanda Island. Do not forget to scan #371 - Baitojoh, since this part of the battle cannot be fought again in Nam Cobanda Island.
  47. Synopsis #122 and #123: Limited time period. During this part, the enemies around Zaphias are Aer-sick and appear in the city as well as on the world map. All five enemy types are new entries, so do not forget to scan them. The affected entries are #182 - Wolf (Aersick), #204 - Axe Beak (Aersick), #220 - Egg Bear (Aersick), #263 – Giant Bee (Aersick) and #310 - Mandragora (Aersick).
  48. Synopsis #123 and #124: (Zaphias): Limited time period. The affected entries are #297 – Guilty Murder and #298 - Trans Murder. These enemies are only available until you have beaten the boss in the castle.
  49. Synopsis #125: (Zaphias): One-time battle against #440 - Estellise. The relevant part for the Secret Mission follows afterwards.
  50. Secret Mission 17: Synopsis #125: (Zaphias): Battle against #441 - Estellise. Entry is also obtainable in Nam Cobanda Island. Do not forget to scan #440 - Estellise, since this part of the battle cannot be fought again in Nam Cobanda Island.
  51. After synopsis #125, but before finishing the dungeon Zaude, head to Phaeroh's Crag. You will find a rift that takes you to Illusion of Yormgen. Talk to the sage in the house located in the north and sleep there. This is the first part required for unlocking the Secret Dungeon Labyrinth of Memories.
  52. Secret Mission 18: Synopsis #128: (Zaude): Battle against #416 - Yeager and #417 - Yeager. Both entries are also obtainable in Nam Cobanda Island
  53. At the area with the Giganto Monster in (Zaude), you can find the item (Maris Stella; #1061). This is needed for a Secret Mission later.
  54. Secret Mission 19: Synopsis #130: (Zaude): Battle against #404 - Alexei. Entry is also obtainable in Nam Cobanda Island.

  57. Synopsis #136: (Nordopolica): One-time battle against #366 - Daybreaker and #367 - Nightbreaker
  58. Synopsis #139 and #140: (Erealumean Crystallands): One-time battle against #293 - Quadra. This is a fake treasure chest which is fightable at any time but once you win the battle against it, you cannot fight it again.
  59. Secret Mission 21: Synopsis #140: (Erealumean Crystallands): Battle against #345 - Gusios. Entry is also obtainable in Nam Cobanda Island.
  60. Secret Mission 22: Synopsis #142: (Relewiese Hollow): Battle against #373 - Khroma Dragon. Entry is also obtainable in Nam Cobanda Island.
  61. Secret Mission 20: Synopsis #145: (Ghost Ship Atherum): Battle against #350 - Cursed Wanderer. Entry is also obtainable in Nam Cobanda Island.
  62. Secret Mission 23: Synopsis #150: (Aurnion): Battle against #454 - Flynn. Entry is also obtainable in Nam Cobanda Island.
  63. After synopsis #151, you can fight against #423 – Clint in (Caer Bocram). This is a one-time battle, but doable at any time.
  64. After synopsis #151, you can fight against #419 – Gauche and #420 - Droite in (Zaude). This is a one-time battle, but doable at any time.
  65. After synopsis #151, you can fight against #387 - Sword Dancer, #388 - Sword Dancer and #389 - Sword Dancer in (Aer Krene Caves). These are one-time battles, but doable at any time.
  66. After synopsis #151, head to (regular Yormgen) to check the red box. This is the second part required for unlocking the Secret Dungeon Labyrinth of Memories.
  67. Secret Mission 24: Synopsis #153: (Tarqaron): Battle against #413 - Zagi. Entry is also obtainable in Nam Cobanda Island.
  68. Synopsis #154: (Tarqaron): One-time battle against #400 - Duke. The relevant part for the Secret Mission follows afterwards.
  69. Secret Mission 25: Synopsis #154: (Tarqaron): One-time battle against #401 - Duke. This entry cannot be obtained in Nam Cobanda Island.
  70. Synopsis #154: (Tarqaron): One-time battle against #402 - Radiant Winged One. This final battle only happens if you have collected all Fell Arms weapons.
  71. Once you have defeated the final boss and saved your clear save file (marked with a star), return to the Illusion of Yormgen to speak again with the sage. Afterwards, visit Dahngrest for a scene. Finally, fly west to Eastern Yurzorea at the Truffdae Mountains near Yumanju. There should be a glowing orb now which is the entrance to the Labyrinth of Memories. No monster within this Secret Dungeon is missable.
  72. Once you have cleared the game, you can further explore the Telescopic Graveyard. Each layer has a boss and the last one has six entries in the Monster Book. Each boss is a one-time only battle. You can do the first two layers before clearing the game though. The bosses in the Telescopic Graveyard are #390 – Anubis, #386 - Ohma, #391 – Izanami, #392 – Odin, #393 – Hades, #394 – Spiral Draco (Main Head), #395 – Spiral Draco (Left Head), #396 – Spiral Draco (Right Head), #397 – Spiral Draco (Body), #398 – Spiral Draco (Left Tail) and #399 – Spiral Draco (Right Tail).
