Title crashes when browsing through available Kombat Kards in the Kombat Kard menu.



*Steps to Reproduce:*
# Boot the title
# Enter the Kombat Kard (Page Down)
# Enter the Kombat Kards
# Scroll down through available icons and backgrounds
# Notice that the title crashes.

*Expected Results:*
Title remains stable at all times.

*Current Results:*
Title crashes upon entering and scrolling through Kombat Kard.

*Reproduction Rate:*
5/5 - 100%

*Notes:*
* Issue does not occur on latest PS4/XONE
