  14.
  15.
  16.
  17. 3. Why do you want to become a moderator?
  18.
  19. Well, I have always been passionate with having a close connection with the community, I used to mod for Toontown Infinite back when Kevin was leading the server, and it was very rewarding, especially when it came to helping out the players.
  20.
  21.
  22. 4. Have you ever been a part of any private server or any community that involved you being a moderator or in a support position?

  25.
  26.
  27. 5. What would you do if someone was arguing with someone else in the Discord/In-Game (provide both scenarios in your answer)
  28.
  29. In-game - Warn the players that their behavior is disruptive/non-toony, if they don't stop kick them with the reason of disruptive behavior, and if they come back causing more problems, temporarily ban with the reason of disruptive/un-toony behavior.
  30.
  31. Discord - I would follow similar guidelines, warn them of their behavior and try to encourage to sort it out in a less public place, like their PM, kick with a reason, ban them for around an hour.
  32.
  33.
  34.
  35. 6. What would you do if someone was swearing, spamming, or being inappropriate and they wouldn’t stop in the Discord/In-Game (provide both scenarios in your answer)
  36.
  37. In-game - Warn them that their behavior is disrupting the game, if they're not compromising with my wishes, kick them, and if they come back still being a nuisance, take action based on if they’re a regular offender, if it’s their first time, a temporary ban with be sufficient, if they’re a regular offender, temp. ban them and disable their Speedchat + (if that’s still a thing).
  38.
  39. Discord – Warn them of their disruptive actions, if they’re not meeting halfway with what I’m attempting to ask for, kick them, and if they come back carrying on with their disorder (pun intended hehe), ban them temporarily, increasing the ban each time they re-offend.
  40.
  41.
  42. 7. How familiar are you with in-game commands and moderating in Discord?
  43.
  44. I am very similar with the commands in-game, I’ve never modded on Discord, however I could always do a little research on some of the commands for the job.
  45.
  46.
  47. 8. Do you have any relations with players/will you be able to be unbiased?

  55.
  56.
  57. 10. What are your strengths and weaknesses
  58.
  59. Strengths – My attitude towards working for the community, the players’ and co-workers’ happiness always comes first in my eyes, if I’m at fault, I will always openly admit it and apologize when needed.
  60.
  61. Weaknesses – Sometimes I can be quite dense or forgetful, so I might ask the same question multiple times due to either not understanding, or being forgetful.
  62.
