Now that competition season for TSA is rolling around, the Presidents of the California chapters have been working with Kanav and me to plan how CA TSA will approach this year. We are currently planning to run two regional conferences, one for Northern California and one from Southern California, but we will still compete as one state. The representatives for the National Conference will be divided evenly between the two regions; disputes will be settled via coin flip if they arise. We will compile the results and send them to you for National Conference purposes.



As for future years, Kanav and I are planning to select the 2020 officer team through videocall interviews, consulting with the adults still associated with the chapter. We are also in talks with former State Advisor and National TSA Board Member Matt Striden for him to potentially fill our State Advisor vacancy.



Will this be a functional solution for the 2019 TSA season? If not, please advise as to how we should proceed. Thank you so much! Have a great evening!
