Reasoning: Makoto spent his time working around to Super Saiyan Two, this male had been training on how he could effectively use it without straining himself all the time and able to increase the performance of this form before taking it up to a levels that is currently unreachable. It gives him time to think out the next act to refine himself as a Warrior than slacking off all the time and losing sight of his hope.
What is the moment: There was alot of time he used this form, especially trying to tame it during the events where they went through trials and tread through a large amount of poison. He have yet to revert from it much but able to maintained that form for a majority amount of time with perfectly amount of energy. He suddenly gain a more understanding about the form and the beyond capabilities from other Saiyans. Not only some showed the fully mastered Super Saiyan Two/Saiyan Spark, however have foreseen further powerups and functions along with fighting style to keep Makoto or Izuki at the low in the food chain.
