What is your primary character’s backstory and characteristics?:

Micah is older and retired from another agency. He has has worked in other agency from road officer to Deputy Director of the High way Patrol. He has a wife and one son. His  son is going to college in Los Santos majoring in Crimimal Justice. Micah has to work a bit longer in order to see his son through college. :)

Micah is a pretty streight forward guy and puts up with little bunk when it comes to dealing with the citzenary.  IF he took time out to pull you over your probably going to get a ticket because if something he could warn you about he not going to bother pulling you over otherwise. He is allways fair just listening to both sides of any story to make sure the letter of the law is followed.

Do you understand acting salty to officers when arrested and rushing them to process you is not considered valid RP, that “breaking character,” or acting “immature” even when someone appears to have broken rules around you, is punishable?  YES

When is a good time to break character?  NEVER

What should you do if you’re arrested by the police and you lose power during the process? Come back as soon as possible if not that could be declared Combat Logging and that a no no like no other no no.

If you’re robbing a store with a hostage, how would your character deal with the police and the situation at hand if surrounded?  Surrender or negoate but don't allways make things about shoot them up.

Do you stream, use YouTube, or other social media? If so, can you tell us about it?  I do not live stream but i do like to record my patrol

Please explain why meta gaming is bad? It's cheating it just not fair for the other players around you.
