  33. [B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]What makes you feel qualified to be an admin vs. everyone else here at MTA Roleplay? (Long Answer)[/COLOR][/B]
  34. Well, I personally feel like I'm very light-hearted and upbeat. Whenever I play, I have fun with everyone, even if the people I roleplay with aren't especially good at it. The good thing about me, I would have to say, is I enjoy serious roleplay way more than just Cops&Robbers style of gameplay, which is just plain awful. Lots of people have fun with me, even when we are doing very dry things, like improving eachothers roleplay OOC'ly (for instance, when roleplaying with less experienced players of a faction).
  35. I'm also an avid learner, and try my best to not make the same mistakes twice. This concerns both roleplay, and if I am trusted as so, the admin commands. I know I could have left some immature impressions to some of the staff or people at MTA:RP, but I can confirm, when I have a set place, I always try my best to be mature and a team player. Trying to push forward what is best for all is very important for me. I always try to fulfill what is expected of me.
  36. Also, I think the years I've spent roleplaying give me an experience over some other players, as I had started somewhere in the start of this decade. Roleplaying in english is something a bit new for me, but I feel like I am above average already.

  39. Since I care a lot about the community, I hope I can make as much people as possible happy.
  40. I started playing on this server when it was pretty low on playerbase, and have always dream't of attracting new players, experienced roleplayers and what not, because this is what makes a good server. I know that most of us would enjoy that.
  41. I feel like this is achieved with good relations through out the community, and this is important anyway, not just for expanding the playerbase.
  42. I hope I could make professional relations with the administrative team for things to run as smooth as possible. Communication really is the key, so I wish I can keep people at peace, no matter what happens in character. This means that I should be relatively chill about what I can. Nobody likes an admin that is too tough.

  51. [B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]In your own opinion, describe a problem you see on our server and a way you see to fix it, or at least feel like is a good solution. This can be anything from the Roleplay standards to how mapping looks on the server (minmium of 300 words).[/COLOR][/B]
  52. Trolling
  53. From my standpoint, I see a lot of out of character trolling happening in the server. Everyone seems to like trolling around, i.e powergaming and pushing cars around when someone forgets to /handbrake, doing stupid roleplay like „/me kills“ or „/me cums on Antwoyne’s face“ out of the blue, scrolling around weapons and aiming them without roleplay just for some laughs. I feel like this is also encouraged by some experienced players and maybe even some of the administrative team, because everyone likes to blow off some steam by not obeying. This is a huge problem, as it spreads like a disease. Once you start trolling, it’s very hard to stop doing it and when you see someone troll, you get the itch to join in. I’ve noticed this way too much and this is, I think, the main reason why there is so little roleplay, active and passive.
  54. This isn’t a very hard thing to fix though. When someone does the slightest troll, like aiming your gun at someone for a second and then scrolling away, you shouldn’t stay indifferent, you should immediately state for him/her to stop it. We need to enforce this mentality, that trolling is just not accepted in this game. If everyone had this mentality, to stop whatever counts as trolling, not just ignore it, we would have way better roleplay.
  55. This also means enforcing this on unexpecting players. Even though you are alone, you should be still passively roleplaying. This means keeping a close eye on everyone, and not accepting this kind of behaviour, not even in the administrative team, not even the slightest trolls. If everyone keeps an eye on everyone else to behave, nobody would want to troll anymore, because nobody would have fun if everyone just hated you for doing so. And of course, the administrative team could assign punishments to repeated offenders and higher admins should make notations, to say lightly, to lower admins.

  87. During your time being admin here, You understand that if you are suspected to be a "Regular" on another server as admin or not, you will be immediately asked to leave. Should you ever be removed from the admin team, You are still under this agreement. Sharing any information that you may have learned during being an admin will not be permitted to be released. You understand that breach of this agreement will mean that you are permanently blacklisted form this community and all your IP's and Serial's be placed on our ban list. Lieing on either this application will result in termination of your admin position, If you have provided us with any personal information (Such as Mobile Phone number) and it changes, you must inform us of this change. If we contact your mobile number and end up sharing confidential information to a stranger, you will be terminated.

Staff ackn***edges that, in the course of employment by MTA Roleplay, the Employee has, and may in the future, come into the possession of certain confidential information belonging to the Employer including but not limited to trade secrets, customer lists, Customer Information, pricing schedules, profits, methods, processes, or marketing plans. The Employee hereby covenants and agrees that he or she will at no time, during or after the term of employment, use for his or her own benefit or the benefit of others, or disclose or divulge to others, any such confidential information. Upon termination of employment, the Employee will return to the Employer, retaining no copies, all documents relating to the Employers business including, but not limited to, reports, manuals, drawings, diagrams, blueprints, correspondence, customer lists, computer programs, scripts, and all other materials and all copies of such materials, obtained by the Employee during employment. Violation of this agreement by the Employee will entitle the Employer MTA Roleplay to an injunction to prevent such competition or disclosure, and will entitle the Employer to other legal remedies, including attorney's fees and costs. If any part of this agreement is adjudged invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining parts shall not be affected and shall remain in full force and effect. This agreement shall be binding upon the parties, and upon their heirs, executors, personal representatives, administrators and assigns. No person shall have a right or cause to cause of action arising out of or resulting from this agreement except those who are parties to it and their successors in interest. This instrument, including any attached exhibits and addenda, constitutes the entire agreement of the parties.
