- Know how to use Ranged Weaponry (Notably Talismans)
- Have Weak Spiritual Spellcasting (INT or CON)
- Can create and use cards called ‘Talismans’, in half the time and using less materials than normal
- -These function similarly to Scrolls, but can be activated by throwing at a target or location in addition to being read by the user; abilities that interact with Scrolls usually interact with Talismans as well
- Targets physically struck or touched with Talismans when they activate suffer reduced resistances to the Talisman’s effects

- Can enter an Outburst state, increasing CHA by +12 and becoming twice as resistant to Mental Status Effects, once every 4 hours

- Wu Jen (Requires INT 11+ and Knowledge (Nature) 15+) [CL +15/V +12]

- Choose an Elemental Focus: Light, Dark, Earth, Fire, Metal, Water, Wood or Void
- -You cast spells associated with your elemental focus at half mana cost
- Can create a special ability associated with your chosen Elemental Focus. Come up with it yourself!
- Can create a custom spell that is from your chosen Elemental Focus. Can only be used once every 24 hours.
- Onmyoji (Requires INT 11+ and Knowledge (Religion) 15+) [ML +0/CL +15/V +12]
- Have Spiritual Spellcasting (INT)
- Choose at least two elemental focuses form the following list: Light, Dark, Earth, Fire, Metal, Water, Wood or Void
- -You cast spells associated with your elemental focus at reduced mana cost (two focus = 1/4 reduction, four 1/16 etc)
- Can create a custom spell that is from at least two of your chosen Elemental Focuses. Can only be used once every 24 hours.

- Astrologer That Is Not A Birthday Wizard (Requires Divine or Spiritual casting) [CL +10/V +8]
- When outdoors at night, can perfectly determine direction to a specified target object, location or character
- -does not give distance. Target does not have to be outdoors, or in night-time
- Give a target’s fortune, once per month per person, giving them a small luck bonus or penalty for the rest of the month
- Can create a custom spell, based on the Astrologer’s birth sign (the character’s, not necessarily the player’s). This spell can be used once every 24 hours, or 3/day during the user’s birth month
- Astrologer That Is A Birthday Wizard (Requires Spiritual or Divine spellcasting) [CL +10/V +8]
- Can cast any not known spell 3/day, but only at the behest of Others. This generates a random spell or magical effect that will be suited to the task of accomplishing the "wish". Has a chance of backfiring horribly, with a lower chance when it is the requester’s birth month and a higher chance otherwise.
- Can Identify a character’s birth sign with a supernatural action. Spells cast on a single target during that target’s birth month have a 50% mana cost reduction.
- Can create a custom spell, based on the Astrologer’s birth sign (the character’s, not necessarily the player’s). This spell can be used once every 24 hours, or 3/day during the user’s birth month.
- Geisha (Requires Bard, Craft (Calligraphy) 25+ and Knowledge (Nobility) 25+) [CL +10/V +8]
- Weak Nature Spellcasting is now Spiritual Casting (CHA)
- Can perform a lengthy ceremony to boost the resistances of targeted allies for an extended duration, 1/day
- Receive a bonus to all non-combat interactions with NPCs
- Kineticist (Chosen Elemental Type or Focus) [ML +5/CL +5/V +12]
- Choose a single elemental type or focus from among those you possess. You now Take only 75% damage from attacks or sources largely composed of chosen element (after all other reductions)
- Can remotely control objects or manifestations that are largely composed of chosen Element, that are within line of sight (like telekinesis)
- Can make attacks with manipulated objects or manifestations, using WIS + a chosen casting stat used by the user.
- Medium (Requires Spiritual spellcasting) [ML +5/CL +5/ V +8]
- 1/week, can bind themselves to a deceased Humanoid or Demi- Humanoid NPC.
- -A Medium loses their binding to a deceased NPC if that NPC is raised. Cannot bind to an NPC owned by a player.
- -Bound NPCs are released on death. Can only bind 1 NPC at a time.
- Can invite possession by the bound being for up to 1 minute, gaining access to all of that being’s action commands, spells and abilities. Has a small chance of inflicting [Confuse] on the wearer during possession, a smaller chance of releasing the bound NPC, and an even smaller chance of inflicting [Insanity] on the user.
- -The more powerful the possessing being relative to the Medium, the chance receiving all of these inflictions is proportionally higher; the lower the power, the lower the chance
- -If the user is immune is MSE immune, a roll of [confuse] or [insanity] merely releases the bound being
- Can question the being 1/day with an extended supernatural action, gaining a yes/no answer to a single question. Poorly worded questions fail to give any result.
- -Bound beings can question other like beings; hence the answer is not limited to the being’s own knowledge or information gathering abilities.
- Malconvoker (Requires Divine casting and either Positive or Negative Karma) [ML +5/CL +5/ V +8]
- 1/week, can bind a specific type of helpless or banished NPC to themselves through a ritual; either an Angel if negative Karma, or a Demon if positive Karma.
- -An NPC so bound is banished in a very special way, and cannot be “unbanished” while bound to the Malconvoker. Cannot bind to an NPC owned by a player.
- -Bound NPCs are unbound on death. Can only bind 1 NPC at a time.
- Can force possession by the bound being for up to 1 minute, gaining access to all of that being’s action commands, spells and abilities. - Gain Weak Spiritual Spellcasting (WIS)
- Can create and use a ‘Mind Blade’ natural weapon; this weapon counts as magical
- Can channel Mana while attacking with the Mind Blade to inflict additional effects
- Talisman Shooter (Requires Talismancer) [ML +5/CL +10/V +14]
- Weak Spiritual Casting becomes Spiritual Casting (INT or CON)
- Increased attack speed when attacking with Talismans
- Have a chance to attack twice with each talisman per attack
- Uncarnate (Requires Spiritual Spellcasting) [CL +10/V +4]
- Can assume an ethereal form, becoming immune to Physical Damage, and can walk through most walls and obstacles, but are still affected by magic effects and magic damage, including magic weapons
- Can physically interact with ethereal beings and objects while physical, and can physically interact with physical beings and objects while ethereal
- Can perform an action to freely change their facial features
