Dear Hall Committee,




	We would like to apply for the use of the grounds at the Recreation Centre in Church Street, commencing Boxing Day, Dec 26th 2011, until January 22nd. We are happy to pay the same rent as last year, consisting of $325/wk for the grounds, $500 for use of the toilets for the month. Last year we paid $200 for the power and are happy to increase this to $400 this year.

	We would also like to apply for the use of the back roller door store room. We will move the contents to an area agreed upon by us and the hall committee, and return it to the store room at the end of the carnival. We intend to use this area as our games room, which would allow us to operate partially on rainy days.

	I, Steve Bult, am happy to attend the next hall committee meeting to answer any questions that the hall committee may have regarding the use of the back storage room.
