1) Get a serial number (e.g. if u already own the product, use ur own serial. keep in mind that u can only use it once so guarantee is done after that. Or buy a serial or get it from ebay [best option, u vcan get pics of that too])
2) Prepare for contacting the store. Get images of the product where you (or a skilled professional) can photoshop the serial on if needed) and prepare ur story.
3) contact the store and tell them ur story (mine is mostly that the product does not turn on anymore). Stick to ur story and do not change it. If they ask questions answer them in a plausible manner.
Send them anything they ask for, if they ask for a bill get someone to photoshop it for you, generate an amazon receipt or say it was a gift.
4) wait for them to tell u to send it in for fixing or ispection.
5) (better let a professional do this) Box or Ftid (ftid is safer and the better option)
6) wait until the package arrived (check the tracking) and contact them again after a few days
7) they will tell u to wait a little more or tell u directly that the package was lost.
8) Call them again and pressurize them a bit
9) repeat steps 7)+8) if needed
10) get a “replacement” shipped to your addy or drop
