Being a staff is one if the most important jobs on the server! You job will be to monitor players at all times ensuring that everyone is having a great stay. If things get intense you will have to remain calm and deal with the issues. Problems like spam, massive communication and direct threats can all be taken the wrong way. We would hate to have you ban someone for something they didnt do! Staff should always double check a ban before doing so. This creates a gateway between you and the player and makes less confusion between banning. If you feel that a ban or a punishment isnt the right thing to do dont do it.. ask for help! If you see something say something! If you see a staff abusing his/her perms on the server you are to report them to a staff right away! Do not attempt to stop them yourself or you might end up being the one to blame. Muting a player after 3 verbal warnings for spam is a good call. There is no right answer for how many warnings you can give a player because a situation can be different everytime.. use your best judgement and dont freakout! Advertising links and other torrent sites is not acceptable and will lead to a direct ban from the server. If you see someone using Kill Auru, Speed; Fly ect please screen record it before banning them. If you ban someone withought proof that will be a bad sign on your behalf.
