What are your previous staff experiences?:​

VenomPVP: I got accepted on VenomPVP by Various, and got moderator. I resigned as I couldn't keep up with SOTWs because I was busy with school work
KvstHCF : I was the rank "Helper" on a small hcf server named "KvstHCF" but sadly the server shut down.
MythologyMC: I resigned because the owner did not release the server and also lied to the community.
AlyaHCF: A really small community server we made, I was Co-Owner. I resigned as it was small.
DivineSkyblock: I was a Admin on DivineSkyblock but I was demoted due to inactivity.
LuunaHCF: This was a server that I owned and it got quite a bit of players but I had to shut it down as I didn't have the funds to keep it open.


Why do you want to become staff on our server? ​
I fancy becoming a staff member once again because I understand what it to be a staff member on Cave because of my previous involvement. By stating that I don't want you (the reader) to believe that I'm an ignorant member who assumes that I should become staff because I was not previously staff on Cave but rather, note that I know what it takes to be staff on Cave. Anyways, I wish to become staff because I want to reduce the time it takes to get assistance on the Teamspeak. I address this because I see players who require help from staff members but are forced to wait because the staff that is currently on are occupied with other players or doing nothing at all to speed up the process. I want to become staff so I can decrease the amount of time it takes to get assisted by a staff member. After all, what's the point of staffing if you can't do the one thing you're obligated to do.

Also, I wish to become staff because I want everyone to enjoy their experience on Cave. I say this because many players are already playing an aggravating game, why spend your time harassing players because they lost a 1v1 or because they're acting ignorantly. If players continued to irritate one another; the server would be a disaster. Also, all of the toxicity seen in the chat is unnecessary and it's also an obstruction. It ruins everyone's gameplay and discourages players. Also, because of the toxic players, it gives off a bad example of what HCF really is. If new players were to join the server and see the criticism being written in chat, it could draw away players and possibly ruin big opportunities. I wish to become staff to remove the stereotypes given to HCF servers, especially Cave, and attempt to reduce the amount of unnecessary criticism said in the chat.

Another reason why I wish to become staff is because of the community. I adore the HCF community and I want to give back to the players because HCF is where I met a majority of my friends. I truly enjoy my experience chatting with others and feel I should give back after what I've been given. I'm a person who promotes peace, love, and positivity and I don't mind spending time with players. Helping players or not I still feel like I need to give back by taking a position where I can assist others. I want to become staff so I can give back to the players that made this community what it is today. I'd especially love to support players because it's one of the several things I find satisfaction out of. After all, I'd love to give back to this community in any way possible.

Lastly, I wish to become staff is because of the absence of staff members on the server. I say this because I frequently notice most of the staff on HCF rather than on Kits or Practice, and vice versa. Anyways, I see this as an issue because numerous issues will arise and little to none will be resolved. If I were to become staff once again, I'd divide my time equally on all game modes on the server and attempt to fill the absence. I believe other staff members will gradually start considering my approach to this issue and with time it shouldn't be a concern. Of course, not all staff members are like this but I do notice this quite often, some days more than others but it's still an issue that this server has.


What makes you a better choice than other applicants?: ​
I've proven that I can provide for a high demand server and I should be accepted once. I only state this because it proves that I can control the stress I may experience during my term as staff. Also, as I said in my old application, I'm prepared to become a leader when a leader is most needed. I've also proven this in the many situations I've rolled into with my previous experience staffing on the server, especially in support rooms. Also, I understand how most things normally operate on the server and, it'll be somewhat easy for me to adjust because I'm coming back to a server I was previously a part of (in a player way). Also, while I was previously staff, I learned many precious lessons which I believe will assist me to succeed and surely surpass at my work.

Also, I'm a very social and friendly person, if you met me during my term playing you'd agree with me. I constantly do my best to make another person day slightly better. I also love socializing with players which I see is ironic because I previously said I wanted to reduce the time spent in support rooms yet I talk about anything to anyone as long as it's appropriate. Although there are times when the game can get aggravating and I act rude to others but I am slowly changing back to my usual self. Anyways, because I'm such a social person I believe assisting players in support rooms will be especially easy because I can get straight to the point and assess the problem efficiently. Also, I promote peace, love, and positivity and I believe everyone should be treated equally and because of this, I feel as if I'd be able to treat players with actual respect.

Another reason why I think I should become staff is that I'm a leader. I have the ability to take control of situations that have gotten out of hand. I've proved this in support rooms especially when there's a large group of people who need help. Also, I could be an example for new staff and they can observe how more experienced staff members can handle certain situations. This was particularly an issue for me during my previous period of time staffing on different servers. Also, I'm a very dedicated player, I've been a part of the server for quite some time and I'd love to support the server once again. As I said before, I cherish the community and I want to give back by supporting this beautiful community. I'd love to help in any way possible and this time, I'll perform better than I did before.

Anyways, here are some other reasons why I should be accepted that I may have not stated above:

{Maturity}
I can handle several situations professionally with little to no issues occurring. I also know how to act when around other players or when supporting another player. Also, if problems were to arise, I'd ask for assistance if needed. Also, if someone were to be talking about a topic that not many people want to speak about such as politics I can handle it properly without any issues transpiring.

{Grammar}
This can be an issue with other people but I know proper punctuation, capitalization, and spelling so, if I were assisting a player in the chat they'd understand what I'm saying because I have proper grammar. Although, I may mess up here and there but I'll be able to correct my self.

{Recording}
Recording isn't an issue for me unlike many others, my computer can handle recording while Minecraft is open. I can also edit videos if needed but I doubt I need to.

{Reliable}
I’m a trustworthy person and you can always depend on me to help anyone with anything I can in the shortest possible amount of time it takes to assess your issue. So basically, you ask, I deliver.

{Professional}
I know previously that professionalism was an issue that I needed to address and I have. Now, I can act respectful and proper when speaking to a higher up or just speaking to players in general. Especially in support rooms, I can handle my self if players are being discourteous.

{Support}
Because of my previous involvement with the server, I can handle many situations efficiently with little to no problems occurring. I can also handle several things at once as long as I'm not being overwhelmed with players but I'll be able to handle any situation that comes my way efficiently.

{Social}
Because I'm a social person I believe that speaking to players in chat or in support rooms will be quite easy for me because I can directly get to a point or just start a conversation with a player. Also, because of this, I think befriending players will be easier and speaking to one another won't be as tense or stressful, especially with players.

{Dedicated}
After my denied application, I've still spent countless hours on the server because I enjoy engaging with players on the several game modes given. I also love speaking to people on the server and just talking to anyone. I've made several friends during my staffing period that I still have today.

I can do all of the things stated above and I know the server pretty well as I used to be a YouTuber and I can also start recording so I can bring extra players!
