  1. For me, remote work is more interesting than office work. In this comparison, many details are often overlooked that make office work more attractive and vice versa. Office work can be deadly when you have to solve boring tasks, participate in meaningless discussions, experience all the charms of bureaucracy and excessive control. In such conditions, there is no way to grow professionally, gain new skills, solve complex and interesting problems, because in such companies, processes are more important than people. In such places, many people are waiting for the end of the working day and the beginning of the weekend instead of a feeling of satisfaction from solving non-trivial tasks and applying new approaches, communicating with experienced and involved colleagues. On the other hand, there are companies where all of the above is not there, where people after the end of the day discuss new technologies. best practices, share experiences and approaches between projects. These are really wonderful people with burning eyes and skillful hands. I am glad that I am in touch with many of them and there is always something to talk about.
  2.
  3. Remote work is also different. Here, as in office work, everything depends on the people you work with. Remote work opens up great opportunities for finding interesting tasks, ambitious projects, wonderful people. I believe that work requires much more confident professional skills, a wide technical outlook, time management and involvement. As a reward you get mobility, better concentration, no waste of time on the road (if you don't like traffic jams =)).
  4.
  5. Perhaps the most interesting type of remote work is working in a distributed team. Indeed, only in this case there is an urgent need for effective communication, sharing experience, building a cohesive team.
