Ubuntu 12.04 Server Install Issue

1.) Installing Ubuntu 12.04-server-amd64 onto a Virtual Dedicated Server

 

2.) Encountered this error: an error was returned while trying to install the busybox-initramfs package onto the target system.

 

3.) This error was caused by something that happened beforehand while I was choosing packages to install with everything else after the base system was installed, I ended up going back and formatting the partition I believe, I've done that now several times [formated and created a new primary partition] and every time I get the same error in #2.

 

4.) I believe the last 20 lines of the syslog are relevant: http://imagebin.org/229244

 

5.) Not sure where to go from here :/

 

6.) The install disc is mounted inside a virtual cd rom disc drive.
