  1. Driver cam and driving behavior while on the road: when you first you wake up you have to do a pre trip you check your qualcom, check your phone for any sudden changes on the load your under you spend 20-30 days while on the road surrounded by bad drivers constantly who will cut you off and slam on the brakes constantly and everything and all things that happen will end up on you no matter what. We have to deal with brutal DOT officers, do load balance and weight adjustment and calculate our OTD for our dispatcher not only that were responsible for communicating with both shipper and final people who look at us like were the worst scumbags of the world we seriously spent almost 11 hours inside a tiny bed with extremely loud noises and by the end of the day were extremely tired and half deaf and we have to deal with everything that comes at us and were responsible for scanning our load paper work properly. I did this for a whole year no problem.
  2. Heres what happens to me before and after my first year of hard labor: i get hired under 48 cent per mile, 6 months goes by i jump to 52 cent per i was super happy suddenly i go in a personal leave for my birthday because for the past 2-3 years of every birthday including Christmas i was somewhere in Illinois alone in a truck stop my family bought me a trip to Spain this year but before i went to Spain i was framed by a DOT officer in Washington state for seat belt violation, i took my seat belt right infront of her to figure out why she was pointing at me and talking to me at the scale house and she suddenly accused me of not wearing a seat belt. I called a lawyer the same day and he appear in court and won the case i was given 7 safety points violation from crete and prior to that another scumbag DOT officer pulled me over for an amber light on my trl because it was ON and not OFF after looking for every possible mechanical issues with the truck he found nothing, i drove to the terminal in OHIO and got it fixed right after! But it didnt matter i got a safety points for that, even after winning the seat belt violation case 7 points was taken off but for only 1 month of driving with the cam on the truck i was given another 7 points for following distance and a ridiculous video of me driving at 70 to 72 miles per hour on an 80 MPH in Wyoming and was shown to me by the safety guy at the Deland terminal who accused me of not being a professional driver and that the company is looking for safe drivers and said "how would i feel if he drops my pay to .48 cents per mile" this scumbag doesnt know what it was like to spend months on the road making scraps and then accusing me of shit not only that but another scumbag terminal lady made me sign another document saying that the minimum pay rate was 54 to 58 cents per mile if i had 13 or less safety points it felt like i was being setup to be stuck and pay lowered and this scumbag gives me a 2rd warning violation notice for safety the first one was for amber light and a false seat belt violation and hours of service because i ran out of hours and broke the rules to make on time deliver because we have to deal with dispatch pressure to be on time no matter what.

  4. Driver cam is a psychological torture it really is we never know what we did or what was wrong plus we have to deal with daily stress, driving stress plus everything else that comes in between and were judged by people who never stepped a foot on a damn truck i cant even wear my headset on a loud truck and everything that i do i had to call somebody to explain to them why and what i did everything you do is constantly monitored and judged instantly and anything that happens they have a recording of you they can play back and show you what you did with 0 privacy.

  6. Driver cam is torture it drives you insane its stressful and prevent you from being yourself we have no refrigerator no privacy plus no inverter we have to eat outside the truck day and night its expensive to eat out at truck stops not everyday we get to stop at walmart and when we do food only lasts for days because we can only buy dry foods so when people at Deland said "oh how would you feel if we lower your pay" i felt like crushing this maggot with my bear hands because he has no god Damn clue how many days and nights we sometimes go without food or breakfast or dinner to save a dime or two.
