Dry Bowser and Toadette should have done this earlier

Dry Bowser and Toadette were both just sitting together at a table with an umbrella on it.

"You ever wonder what's our purpose?" Dry Bowser spoke up.

Toadette nodded her head. "Occasionally, but I don't let it get to me!"

"You don't, huh? Well, what's the thing motivating you about it?"

"Well I just don't think about it. It really helps."

"Does it now?"

"Uh huh! It makes all your troubles go away!"

"But you do bring it up to yourself for time, do you not?"

"...You gotta take the bad with the good and the ugly, I suppose."

"Don't you mean 'meh'?"

"Bless you!"

"He said to meet him right here." Dry Bowser spoke while looking through the newspaper.

Toadette was licking a lollipop as she bent over to let out a wet fart, quickly fanning it away from her. "Why do we always have to wait for someone to show up? Can't they just pop up like normal?"

"That would be convenient." Dry Bowser spoke as he noticed the figure approaching. "There he is, took him long enough."

"Oh and I thought we had enough time for me to finish this." Toadette moped as she ate the remains of the lollipop in 1 gulp, burping loudly while blushing with her hands wrapped around the back of her pink mushroom cap. "Okay, who's the new pest?"

"Well excuse you, literally." Said the Pokemon as it revealed itself to be a Haunter. "Here I just wanted to do business, and instead you treat me like garbage. What is this?"

Dry Bowser and Toadette exchanged glances with each other as they weren't sure what they were expecting.

"So what's this I'm hearing about you liking pong?" Dry Bowser asked as he was doing some cleaning in the hotel room.

"Well, it's special to me." Toadette said as she was brushing her pink mushroom pigtails.

Dry Bowser eyed the mushroom girl oddly. "Is it now?"

"Yeah, and I would like an arcade cabinet of it!" Toadette chimed as she turned to face the skeletal reptile.

"...You serious?" Dry Bowser questioned as he brushed back his red hair.

"I'm dead serious, you loveable fat oaf." Toadette remarked with a wink.

After chucking one of his bones at Toadette for the crude remark, Dry Bowser sighed as he shook his skull. He immediately set off for yet another dumb adventure... this time not for rescuing anyone, but to get a cabinet for an old game. Of course, being that Toadette loved to go on adventures, she tagged along immediately.

"Hmm... if I were a cabinet... where would I be?" Dry Bowser asked while looking through the streets of Toad Town, with it being as murky as it could get.

"Not here, that's for sure." A Goomba chuckled as he was walking in place.

"What are you doing all the way out here?" Dry Bowser questioned.

The Goomba shook himself since his head made up his entire fungi body. "Oh you know, just living my life."

"...Well can you help me out?" Dry Bowser asked as he placed his bony hands on his hollow hips.

"No, I'm just here to pad the story out." The Goomba pointed out.

"Well if you're going to be like that..." Dry Bowser murmured as he jumped on the Goomba and continued on his way, pausing as he rubbed his chin. "Where is that kid...?"

It didn't take long for Dry Bowser to piece together that somewhere within the township was Toadette farting as usual, with the gassy mushroom girl not knowing how to handle her flatulence.

"Ooh, this always happens in these stories!" Toadette squeaked as she fanned away her stinky cacophony of farts, being quite embarrassed via blushing madly.
