VNC

Currently your can only access your server using the vnc option inside your control panel. For security you must configure the network before you can connecrt using rdp.

It's critical you deploy the latest updates of software to your windows server. Performance and security updates should be installed right away.

Data Backups

Please make note that first2Host, does not make backups of your server's OS or data at any time unless you have purchased an LTSP. It is the customer's responsibility to maintain the data and backups of any changes made to the OS. In the event of a catastrophic failure, First2Host will return the server to it's original
configuration as quickly as possible to allow the customer to restore the configuration and data from
