  <color=#fcb045>[R1].</color>   All foundation security (Guards & NTF) are preferred to detain Class-D, but cannot be
        KOS (killed on sight) unless they are seen with a weapon, resisting arrest, and/or disobeying orders. Scientists are allowed
        to KOS Class-D unless they are detained/near a guard. Detained personnel (regardless of class) are not allowed to be killed on
        sight as well. Seeing such things as a spectator does not grant you the right to KOS Class-D.

        music/soundboards as well.

        bounds) is not allowed.

  <color=#fcb045>[R8].</color>  Roleplaying is fine as long as it is not holding up the round.

  <color=#fcb045>[R10].</color>  Micspamming in global chats is not allowed, as well as NSFW topics/sound clips are not allowed in proximity chat
        (Soundboards are allowed in intercom as long it isn't NSFW or earrape).
