Hello dear all SMROOKIES fans! SMROOKIES2013 is planning to develop the fanbase more and there are a lot of things to do.
Our name is going to be changed to soon. In order to be able to work effectively, we decided to hire some people who love SMROOKIES and is willing to dedicate their time and hardwork for the loves of the rookies.

What we are planning t do is to make a big association for all SMROOKIES fans all across the world by creating a community in where everyone can come together to support ourboys & girls.

OPEN POSITION(S):
1. Translators
	- Japanese Translator (2 slots)
	- Korean Translator (2 slot)
	- Thailand Translator (2 slots)
The requirements to be a translator in the team are, as stated:
> A native speaker or at least are able to understand well enough (Intermediate - Advance level). Sorry but we don't accept beginners.
> Someone who is keen in keeping updates of all the news & post that are need to be translated (checks now and then if there's anything to be translated).
> Want to dedicate their time for the rookies, fans, and the team.
> Someone who is able to work in pairs & groups. NOTE: We need people who can talks with everybody and make an enjoyable community for the rest of the staff to work in.
> Allows themselve to translate in our way of formatting.
> Proper grammar and broad vocabulary.

2. Graphic Designers (2 slots)
The requirements to be a graphic designer in the team are, as stated:
> Knows how to use Adope Photoshop (and owns them) at least at an intermediate level and other editing programs. NOTE: We don't accept beginners, sorry.
> Are able to make logos, backgrounds, header, icons, and other graphics for event & others.
> Dedicated to the rookies, fans, and the team and want to spend their time.
> Someone who is able to work in pairs & groups. NOTE: We need people who can talks with everybody and make an enjoyable community for the rest of the staff to work in.
> Someone who is able to work under pressure & with deadlines.

3. Administrators
	- Blog Administrators (2 slots)
	- Research and updating administrators (3 slots)
The requirements to be an administrator in the team are, as stated:
> Someone who we can trust, honest, and will not hack our system and social accounts.
> Someone who is able to work in pairs & groups. NOTE: We need people who can talks with everybody and make an enjoyable community for the rest of the staff to work in.
> We need someone who is EXPERIENCED. Opening slots for experience administrators only for now. Experienced mean you have worked for a fanbase / fansites before or has (had) own one.
> Will be able to dedicate and spend their time improving our social accounts and blogs.
> We need someone who is able to use & customize blogger, wordpress, and other blogging platforms (required for blog administrators)
> Know where to find resources and update in time, available most of the time. We don't accept anyone who is currently busy and can online go online on weekends or holiday. We need you everytime.
