3. Do Not Use Unfair Advantages, God Mode, Invincible Tires, Random Repairs, Rocket Spam Ect. This Should Only Be Used At Appropriate Times.

4. Avatars And Profile Pictures May Not Contain Nudity Or Indecent Images.

5. Treat Others As You Would Want To Be Treated, Show Other Players Respect, Play Fair.

6. Do Not Spam, Or Excessively Spawn, This Will Result In A Kick From GTAIVrp Servers.



+++ RP Rules +++

1. No Random Deathmatching Or RDM, All Kills Should Be Based On Roleplay Not Random Kills, If You Want To Only Kill, Join A Deathmatch Server.

2. Follow The New Life Rule Or NLR. The NLR States That Once A Player Is Killed, His Life Starts Over And He Does Not Remember Who Killed Him Or What Happened. The Same Applys To Being Wanted, If A Suspect Is Killed By The Police, The Police Have Served There Purpose And Cannot Go After This Person Again Until He Commits Another Crime.

3. Do Not Random Arrest, You Must Have A Reason To Arrest Someone. This Applys To The NLR, If An Officer Is Killed By A Suspect, He Is Technically Dead, And Cannot Report This Crime To Dispatch Unless Another Officer Witnesses You Death, This Would Be A Violation Of The NLR.

4. If You Enter A Restricted Area (Listed Below) You May Be Shot On Sight And This Will Not Be Considered RDM.

5. Police May Not Kill A Suspect After He/She Surrenders. This Will Be Considered RDM And May Result In Loss Of Job By Majority Vote Or Kick From The Server For Excessive Surrender Kills.

6. Citizens May Not Revoke A Surrender, Once You Surrender You Must Comply With Police (ACR) Until Another Player Releases You Or A Jail Break Is Committed.

7. Noclip, Prop Climbing, And Unfair Building (Floating Bases, Prop Blocks Ect.) Will Not Be Tolerated.

8. In The Absence Of A Needed Service, It May Be Self Attained At And Appropriate Time, However This Must Be Out Of Roleplay. If You Currently Participating In Roleplay (Drug Trade, Police Chase, Shootout, Ect.) You Must Wait Untill The Event Is Over To Use A Service.

9. In The Absence Of A Service All Fields Are Set To Default, Ex. In The Absence Of A Mayor All Weapons Are Legal However They May Not Be Taken Out In Public.

10. ACR Or Arrest Compliance Rule, States That Once You Surrender You Can No Longer Resist, And Must Comply With Everything The Officer Says Until Another Player Releases You Unto There Custody.

11. If You Are A Prisoner You May Not Use The Back Door Of The Prison Convoy.

12. Military Presence Is Not Considered RDM If A Code 5 Is Declared.

13. If A Prison Break/Convoy Attack Happens You Are Still Required To Follow The ACR Rules Until You Have Been Released By Another Player. If A Convoy Is Attacked, The Prisoner Is Still In Custody Of The Officer Until All The Officers Are Eliminated And The Player Is In The Custody Of Another Person.

14. A Player Cannot Be Wanted Or Arrested For Advertising And Any Act Illegal Or Not, The Officer Must Witness A Crime Before An Arrest Or Want Can Be Placed, However They Can Be Monitored Legally By The FIB Or Police For Such Actions.

15. Bodyguard Spawns Should Not Have Any Of The Following, Godmode, Excess Health, Large Numbers Of NPC's. Please Keep These Fields In Appropriate Levels.

16. Do Not Spawn Spam, This Will Result In An Instant Ban.

17. Do Not Spawn Weapons Unless Your RP Role Allows A Weapon Spawn, Or You Find A Gundealer, If There Are No Gundealers, You May Spawn Weapons, However Don't Excessively Spawn (Listed Below).

18. Do Not Random Spawn Vehicles, If There Is No Mechanic, You May Spawn Vehicles, However Not If You Are Wanted By The Police And In A Police Chase, Or In Any Type Of Current Roleplay Activity. Random Repairs Fall Under The Same Catagory, If You Are In A Shootout, Or Any Other Roleplay Activity, Player And Vehicle Damage Are Part Of The Roleplay.
