CELADON -
Head north of the Pokémon Center, go left, take the back entrance into the Celadon Mansion, and take the stairs up:

up 3
left 7
down 2
go upstairs...

Obtain 3 Eevees, and name them whatever.
Open the menu, and swap the first Pokémon in the party with the last. DO NOT VIEW THE FIRST POKEMON'S SUMMARY OR THE GAME WILL CRASH.

Dokokashira will now be deactivated.

ROCKET HIDEOUT -
Leave the mansion and head to the Celadon Game Corner.

Defeat the Rocket Grunt guarding the poster, and head into the Rocket Hideout.
Go down the stairs to the right of the entrance.
Head down the corridor then go left and up, making sure to avoid the Rocket Grunt. We are unlikely to beat him, and if we blackout at this point, the game will crash. Take the stairs down.
Go left and down into the tile maze.
Pick up the rare candy and feed it to the Pokémon at the back of our party.

Charizard 'M can now battle, and as a result we can now black out. Fight rockets until we blackout back to Pallet Town.
