Hello again,
For over 1.5 years I have been the target of the US deepstate government, CIA/NSA, and sub-contractors. It seems that they do not like my mind as I am able to piece together their evil actions (conspiracies) from scraps of data.
Here is some data that I have been able to collect while they have tortured me, my family, and destroyed our lives. You see, I was once a semi-successful tech business owner. I enjoy growing businesses/brands. I've done business, and maintained healthy relationships with the "kings of New York" (big money), and treat small mom-and-pop operations with the same respect. I have been on the Board of Advisers for large investment firms, and much more. They (the US deepstate) have taken that all away.

These people are "old money" and ex-CIA. I was introduced to Jon Burley via an investor business lunch. He always acted kind of strangely, and after our "friendship" began he sometimes seemed to know things about me that happened in the privacy of my own home. I eventually moved from New Jersey to Oklahoma due to a job offer, and Jon seemed thrilled, odd as Oklahoma is not a very good place to live...

My wife of 16 years and I ended up renting a house from these people "by random chance", which I highly doubt was random at all. We took it due to the "good rental price". They always acted very strangely around us, almost as if they felt guilty inside themselves. The house itself was a bit odd, as the circuitry of the house's alarm system did not look correct to me. (I have a small amount of experience with electronic engineering). Additionally, the house was styled in a way to cause depression. More information on this can be given in-person. This did work, and I became slightly depressed as the months went on, and did not know why.

Draelos Medical Institute of Edmond, Oklahoma is a CIA human test facility, without the subjects knowing that they are being tested on, masking as a normal health institute.
I was sent here for blood work/reports. When I received my workup, I was shown that my testosterone (T) levels were low. They gave me T gel to apply to my skin daily. After a few months I began acting very violently and very much not in my normal character, I am ashamed to state. I went back to the Draelos to have more blood reports done. They still showed low testosterone(280). I was sneaky and secretly went to another blood testing facility that same day and those results showed that I was far above normal (930 very high). A very high testosterone count will cause one's blood to have too much iron content. This comes into play later in this document.

Her job is to lure people into her counseling sessions, and trick their minds using techniques such as gas lighting. I am unsure what the end-goal was here. I went to her when I was feeling depressed. It is interesting, as I initially contacted a completely different office and person, but was directed to her, as if people were waiting for me to call. This had been planned in advanced in this small'ish town of Edmond, Oklahoma, which I believe to be a sort-of CIA test town, of sorts. There are many strange things about the town itself.

The magnetic "click" sounds.
These sounds started in our rental house, from the "strange" alarm system. How they worked were very slowly. When something positive would happen, like a high score on a video game, or a good part of a movie, the clicks would sound-off twice, "click-clock". If something negative would happen, there would be only one "click". I did not notice this for many months, but what happens over time is that your mind understands one "click" as "negative/bad" and two "clicks" as "positive/yes". This has a powerful programming ability on a human's mind. I realized this was happening, and acted as if I did not know to extrapolate data.
I was able to measure the magnetic waves using magnetic wave measuring devices, to confirm that they were not in my own mind. My wife stated that she could hear the "clicks". My pets would also react to the "clicks", looking in their direction, or shifting their ears in that direction.
It took me a very long time, due to limited finances, to understand the system, but the system appears to work off of magnetic waves either via cell phone RF antennas, or satellites/HAARP abusing the Earth's magnetosphere. I understand that to you the reader this may read as fiction, something from Star Trek, but I swear to you that it is real. These waves come in and cause pre-magnetized items, or simply some metallic items, to tap against a surface, creating the "click/clock" sound.
There appears to be a team of humans who operate this system. I was able to (very slowly) deduce over three personalities from these sounds, due to their timing to certain stimuli I would act out. The system is operated 24/7, can be used anywhere in the US. This system is so "powerful", and "evil" that I must tell other nations so that the balance of power remains, much like nuclear arms. This system could be very destructive to those who would never know that they have been programmed, as the end goal seems to be to affect a human's decision making.
An example: Perhaps someone is planning on putting a large investment in a type of technology, and they have two firms to choose from. These clicks could subconsciously tell the human which to select. Obviously this technology could have a huge impact on the military decision makers world-wide as well. As I type this, these "click-clacks" are sounding off. As stated, they have poisoned my body with testosterone (iron levels), and have, slowly over time, created iron balls in my body to abuse. I have doctors working on finding and removing them now. I believe that they were attempting to use these as a "kill switch". Again, this technology is disgusting, and is terrible for our species.


My tale goes on for much longer. I can tell you in-person, in your embassy, if you will have me. I have taken time to study on Russia, but it is daunting, and I need more time to learn the language and culture.

Please understand that they (cia/nsa/deepstate) have tried to kill me, and have tortured me a great deal. How I initially became known to these horrible monsters of humanity, I do not know. I do believe that they had been planning this for years prior, as I had a "mystery illness" affect my nervous system a few years before this began. The best doctors of neurology in the United States could not figure out what was wrong with me, and I had every test imaginable done to my system. After the tests were done, "poof", the illness dissipated and is now gone. I believe that I was poisoned to obtain baseline data before they began their "click/clack" tests.

I must leave the United States immediately, however, they block all attempts for me to obtain a passport (to be able to legally move from the nation).
My life is in danger. They have attempted to kill me numerous times in "sneaky" ways. I have been lucky enough to outwit them so far. There have been many car chases. I have attempted to kill three of their agents, but failed. I am requesting to be taken from the country, if possible. I am not safe here. It is very probable that I will be killed soon if I stay not only in the US, but this continent. They torture me with the "clicks" at all hours, all the time, all over the US, in houses, in cars, and on, and attempts on my life. They are not happy that I have deduced some of their workings. They are planning on (or have started) a smear campaign against me. I am only one person and cannot stand against such a foe. My wife must stay in the US. She is "safe", and they seem to have no interest in her.

Please know that all forms of communication are watched by the NSA. I see them on my home computer network. Cell phones, texts, and other forms are always listened to. I am followed by specific vehicles constantly.
