Alastair was only 2. Most people don't remember anything until they're about 4, but Alastair remembered this in great detail. Alastair was playing with his mother and father when a loud THUD was heard. Two people had knocked down the front door, his parents went to investigate and tried to fight them off, but they were killed. Alastair was balling his eyes out when the two men wearing masks came and took him. These people were part of a religion that believed in a god named Raron. Raron  used to be all powerful and watch over humanity, but he lost his power because the humans stopped obeying him, this religion seeks to purge the world of all nonbelievers so Raron cam get his power back. They took Alastair because they needed new members, so they raised him to believe in their sick and twisted ways. At the age of 15 they brought Alastair to their church, which was am abandoned church they took over in secret and made large cuts all over his body. They had a pool of holy water there, and there was a large tank filled with what looked like black blood, but it was moving, and it had a face. This... thing, inside the tank was something called Motem. It was someone they killed's Quirk, and they took it. Apparently it couldn't die just from it's user dying. Alastair was bleeding everywhere, he was about to pass out, but he knew they were doing this for Raron. They threw him into the pool and poured Motem in with him, Motem started filling Alastair's veins and replaced all the blood in his body. Alastair was born Quirkless, so the people of the Church of Raron decided to give him a Quirk he could use to fulfill Raron's wishes. The police came and arrested all the people of the Church, but Alastair escaped, until now he has stayed under the radar, but now he is going to purge this world of the nonbelievers.

* Personality: Alastair is cruel, and ruthless. He's also very reckless and will stop at nothing to kill. He won't hesitate to kill anyone. In a word, he's insane. Like, Joker insane.

* Costume Description: Alastair wears a white coat and black trousers. He wears black gloves. He also wear black boots with secret spikes placed in the bottom he can make pop out if he hits the heel hard enough.

Quirk Information

* Quirk Name: Motem
* Quirk type: Emitter/Mutant (Idk if this is allowed, I don't know which one it is so I just did a mutant. I think it's ok since it's Emitter but idk )
* Quirk Description: Motem is a living sentient Quirk. He is made if black blood, and he is Alastair's blood. Motem can be shot out of Alastair's body by cutting the skin with pressure and shooting out. Motem can be hardened to the hardness of steel but only when outside of the body. Alastair can control the blood as long as it's touching his skin or the blood inside him. Alastair can control the blood shot out but only if he physically touches it. Motem can talk to Alastair telepathically. He can also speak out loud but he must be outside of the body to do so. (I put a pic if what he looks like in his full form below, imagine that but with a huge toothy grin plastered in his face)
* Quirk Moveset:
Blood Bullet: Alastair shoots out his blood from his hand and hardens it once it leaves his body.
Motem Take Over Part 1: Motem makes multiple cuts in one if Alastair's limbs and covers that limb with himself, this increases durability and strength if that limb
* Weaknesses/Limits:
1. Motem can only be hardened while outside of his body
2. Since Motem is sentient he might take actions on his own and mess things up/not do what he's supposed to
3. Since for Motem to exit his body he must cut the skin from the inside Alastair gets hurt whenever he uses him from the inside
4. He must be touching blood outside of his body to control it
