  111. Psychic Speech: Hard to understand sloshing real-life sound, Pleasant mental telepathic voice (like pokemon in recent movies EVEN IF THEY ARE NOT PSYCHIC REEEEEE). +2 racial on diplomacy if target is not immune to mind-affecting effects. If they are affected, ignore deaf condition on them.
