Do you want folks to be active, excited to participate, and seeking out proactive assignments, or do you want folks to stare at a calendar and feel like they're stagnant for 30 days?
We had  no time in rate requirement from April 2019 until today, when the Margrave made it "up to 2 weeks" and now it's changed to "up to one month". What's your vision here? What's your goal?

I think that you need to remember that the regs are an IC requirement and we should keep this IC.

Those requirements have always been there and have always been subject to change at the discretion of the LM.

The one month requirement didn't exist from April 2019 until it became "up to two weeks, by Jasil's statement."
It became "up to one month" after that.

yes, and in april it said "New promotion guidelines" and "Going forward..." etc. which had the LM seal.

the new promotion guidelines did not negate the old ones.  it updated them so that we didn't have OOC issues regarding people thinking we were just being mean to them for not promoting them for no reason.
Now, it's been clarified several times, and I would appreciate it if we could keep this IC instead of having it out in chat which doesn't really effect the IC outcome.
