- Your reference: [council tax ref no.]
- Without prejudice,
- It has come to my attention that your demand for Council Tax payments from me ‘Nomis of the family Parfitt (the man) may not be lawful.
- Therefore, I will be witholding all Council Tax Payment (withholding is not a refusal to pay). I will continue payment of Council Tax (plus any arrears that may be as a result) dependant on the following:
- 1 That you can demonstrate that there is a contract between [council name] and [your full name] (the man) not MR [your name] (the person and a corporation)
- 2 That the [council name] have given full disclosure (as required by common law) re the services being offered and that these have been accepted by me for the value so stated.
- 3 That you can demonstrate manifestation of intent by way of my signature on a contract between us.
- 4 That the terms and conditions of any contract are lawful (in common law – not statute law).
- 5 That a liability order is being sought against the legal fiction ‘MR [your name]’ a person and a corporation, by the[council name] (a corporation) being of equal status as required by law and NOT against [first name] of the family[surname] (a man) and of greater value and thus superior status to a corporation which would render the proceeding unequal and thus invalid.
- 6 That council tax is lawful.
- I advise that I do not give my consent to any hearings being conducted in a Court de facto... and insist that this matter be dealt with in a Court de jure – under common law jurisdiction and that judgment be by way of a jury of my peers.
- Yours sincerely - without ill-will, vexation or frivolity
- [first name]: of the family [surname]
