<br><b>(3) Lavender</b> You'll need <i>2000</i> posts to reach this rank and you are <i>immune to member sweeps.</i>
<br><strong>(4) Magnolia</strong> You'll need <i>5000</i> posts to reach the final rank, and you will receive the <i>message board admin.</i>

Keep <b>drama off of the guild boards</b> (Neoboards included!) and do your best <strong>not to spam.</strong> If a council member can't read your font you might be asked to change it. If you ever feel like you're in a bad situation, contact a council member <b>right away.</b> Anything you share will always be confidential. We consider an active member someone who posts at least once every <strong>two weeks.</strong> We do daily member sweeps, so if you know you can't get on that often, let a council member know! You are expected to post <b>at least ten times in the first week of membership,</b> or you will be treated as inactive and removed.

<i>Florists.</i> Florists are a fancy name for <b>Sage's sub-council.</b> They are expected to act respectfully to everyone, answer questions, host theme days, and be an <strong>outstandingly active member.</strong> At Sage, our sub-council should always feel approachable and helpful! Florists and council members meet <b>once every week</b> to discuss recent guild events, new ideas, and plan the next month in advance. The best way to be selected as a Florist is to be <strong>active, friendly, and helpful</strong> on the guild message boards.
