If you want to find the killer, look into the connection between Kenneth Katz and Ryan Hillegas. Look into the sexting scandal and the drug addiction. The fact that Ryan has access to drugs 24/7 should shed light on the subject. I can't say anymore, other than the corruption is deeper than a couple "dirty" cops. They were only doing what they were told.
