Well I just checked the priest tunnel, I can not see it with Tyndylla.  Lvl 100, epic 1.0 done, lvl 5 Thaumaturgist, KA sig lines done, 30 out of the 32 Obulus quests done.  Going to do the 2 I'm missing and see if that will let me see it.  Otherwise, will try to get the belt from the Dark Mail Gaunts faction merchant.

These weapons look battered from use. They bear the sigils of both Rallos Zek and Mithaniel Marr.
These crates have shreds of parchment littering the bottoms. These may have held books at one time.
It looks like someone was in the middle of constucting this monument when they left - or were driven out.

Ya know, I'm a little perplexed by this quest. How are we supposed to find a random starter for an epic quest without knowing exactly what prerequisites we need. I mean, there are thousands of possible quests that "may" be a prerequisite and countless achievements as well. Not to mention the thousands of NPCs that could or could not be it. I know that some clues or hints have been given but really nothing concrete.

from what ive seen and raided with, normal dps is around 200m, dps with eth runes and hammer are in the 500 700m range (raid), some dps with runes (all) and no hammer are only 200m however, alot depends on the players skill .. and how many 100 potency high resolve items they're wearing i guess XD

 but seeing a beastlord doing 2 billion dps cause the proc's lind up is rather rediclious

Ok, I'm super confused.. My wife and a friend (and several others in my guild) can see two Lodizal in Sinking Sands..
I only see one..
(I can see the second one on my wife's PC when she looks.. Hrrm.)

Yeah.. Seems really weird.. EQ2 Zam says that the Temple of the Red Lord was supposedly dedicated to Nagafen I think
Guess its wording was "it is safe to assume that the Red Lord this temple was built for is none other than Lord Nagafen, the Red Dragon.".. Though it does say "None are certain of the origins of this temple, nor its actual purpose"
Nagafen was tangentially involved in Epic Repercussions (in that he was part of the draconic language requirement).. Not a starter, but who knows, might be related.

I went back and recently finished as many of the old weapon quests as I could, including Prismatic, so I had to deal with him.  Didnt notice anything unsual, but I hadnt completed Prismatic 2.0 or Soulfire either (not that they mean anything).  Might need to make another trip down to see old Naggy
