This is all in sudden but I decided to officially ditch any work or responsibility I had towards this website. With multiple mental breakdowns and a few attempts at self-harm for the last few weeks, I feel that I desperately need to take time to get my life together.

What I went through in the website wasn’t all great either. Unnecessary and toxic dramas, antagonism, and bandwagoning can probably sum up all the negatives this website possibly has. The community (or the place that is categorized as a community) that I spent my last hours in on this website has always been somewhat of a disappointment and I decided to stop forcing myself to fit in by doing subforum works or working in the contribution fields. With a chatgroup / server or two apparently tracking my record in this website for a malicious purpose, I have even less chance and a reason to seek for fun here.

This means that I won’t plan on giving a fuck about making a new account and telling myself that I can still have fun with Pokemon. I will obviously drop anything I have been working on, including doing a replay and usage thread for 2019 UPL, Ubers Arceus-Ground, BSS Singles Swampert, and any Media HQ articles I have been working on. I feel sorry to see those works go but I am more happy to stop working for the playerbase that I start feeling disgust against these days.

Auths are unenthusiastic for the most part (there are obviously exceptions), and I see little hope in terms of the playerbase’s healthiness. Whether Ubers will get back in slam or get axed from other tournaments and shit, I still hope for the betterment of community les by Nayrz and Dream, the men who I believe to be capable individuals that can bring the most out of the cursed land.

I would also like to give a huge thanks to TDP and Fireflame (as well as other supportive GPers) for the work they have done to get my stuff on site. It will take me a while to forget about all of you.

I apologize for how much negativity has been involved here, but this is a finale coming from the bottom of my heart. I may come back but I will lurk around at most, and I will take responsibility for anything I said here.
