[1/25/2020, 1:58:26 AM] BOTSakura Yua: A small burgundy haired owl mutant perched in the bleachers, curled up tightly by the heat vent as she sipped bubble tea in one hand and flipped through her laptop notes with the other. She wasn't quite sure why the head nurse, her sensei, had asked her to be the one to initiate discussions on quirks - what would she know? However, her sensei was adamant that she had to find the strength and wisdom within herself to plan out good routes of development for the hero class.

A solemn sigh escaped her pouty face as she set her drink and laptop aside. She had rehearsed her notes, she had rehearsed her quirk development lectures, she was ready to help. At least, that's what she'd want to believe. The bell had rung and it would of been moments until the 1 on 1 meeting would begin - chances are being with a student she had never met before.

The 130 cm girl walked to the center of the gym, and took a deep breath, puffing out her chest boldly to muster the courage she could find within herself.

"Welcome Koemi-sama, my name is Sakura and I'm the nurse assistant." She waved meekly at the sight of a beautiful young hero in training. The sama part would seem somewhat off, was this owl younger than the student being questioned? Her voice would be ever so quiet, one with regular or below regular hearing would likely have to move closer to hear what the owl had to say.

"Thank you for coming, as your class notification says. We'll be discussing your quirk today."

"May you tell me what your quirk means to you? Not what it does, but what it does for you. How it shapes your life." The owl girl had a hard time getting the words out, the question was far too personal for her to just ask! To a stranger none the less! She shivered a little, bringing her winged arms closer to herself ease her obvious worry... yet there was only so much the owl girl could do to bring themselves comfort.
[1/25/2020, 1:58:40 AM] BOTSakura Yua: Once they answered, she'd follow with the next questions - one after another after she received a response. They'd be almost as if a Q&A format flow.

"What are your limits, both as an individual and with your quirk?
"What improvements do you want to make in yourself?"
"What improvements have you been making so far? How?
"What kind of hero are you trying to be?"

The girl fiddled with a large envelop with Koemi's name in on it in her hands as they spoke.

[1/25/2020, 10:45:13 AM] Koemi Misaki |SS|: Koemi wasn’t nervous to talk about her quirk, she was never really nervous. She also had a soft kind smile on her face, as much as she could really. Unless something was wrong she usually had a little smile. This was how she entered today with a soft smile but a bit uneasy about how todays session would go. She knew that they were talking about her quirk, Koemi wanted to be a hero but there was always that little bit of fear that thought maybe she couldn’t or worse, she would be told she couldn’t. That her quirk wasn’t good enough to actually help.

With that thought pushed aside she had looked down at the little owl. “Hello Sakura. Has your day been going smoothly?” She asked kindly and softly. She looked down at the little owl, unsure if she had recognized her or not. It hadn’t mattered if she hadn’t though, Koemi could guess that she saw many students throughout each day.

Koemi bit her lip as she heard the first question, looking rather confused. “What is does for me...how it shapes my life” she whispered, repeating her question. She had to stand there for about a minute before she finally figured out what to say. “I mean...my quirk is what makes me, me. Uh, I wouldn’t really say it has that much affect on my life besides when I am using it. The only thing my quirk forces me to do is be careful with these.” She lifted up her leatherman jacket and showed Sakura her wrapped wrists with the ports poking out. “You get use to them but they can hurt” she chuckled, not really sure if that was the answer she was looking for.

The next question seemed really easy for Koemi to answer. “Oh! Well with my quirk I can only use a certain amount of blood. I can also only make certain sizes and durability. The side effects of my quirk are...not good...so it’s hard for me to try to push myself without feeling horrible and having a risk to my physical health” she explained to her, smiling down at the little owl again.
[1/25/2020, 10:45:15 AM] Koemi Misaki |SS|: She tapped her chin as she heard her next question. “In myself? Well...I think I doubt myself a lot...when using my quirk...even just in my daily life. It can affect what I do or say sometimes” she explained, frowning just for a moment before shrugging. “That’s one thing I would like to improve” she told her with a smile. “I wouldn’t really say that I have been making any improvements!” She laughed. “I know I can improve though, the more I fight...the more I continue to grow and experience new things, that will all help!” She told her. “I also want to improve my quirk too, sizes...durability...how far I can use...speed..time” she told her, chuckling as she basically was just listing everything. “That just comes with time, pushing myself” she told her with a soft smile.

“As for that...well...honestly...I don’t know. If I look into the future I don’t really see myself being any specific one. I wanna help people by fighting villains or rescuing them” she explained with a smile, a question she had thought about before.
[1/25/2020, 9:01:37 PM] BOTSakura Yua: Sakura would of recalled them as a familiar face, but not one she could remember right off the bat. Not necessarily because she wasn't attentive, but because her mind was trying its best to keep ask oriented. The question of how she was seemed to pass Sakura completely as she remained focused until Koemi exposed her quirk. Sakura immediately flinched and brought her hands over her face and torso. Her feathers puffed out as if to appear bigger than she truly was, yet Sakura would notinterrupt Koemi as she continued. The girl took mental notes of Koemi'sresponses, although the responses were moreso for themselves than for Sakura to judge.

Self reflection was crucial, ther wouldn't always be someone around to guidea student through what they need to do to grow anyhow. With a bit of self restraint, Sakura would take a few steps forward, handing Koemi the envelop with a shakey extended arm.
"Inside there is a form for hero gear. Hero gear is meant to assist you with your field work. If you have already submitted a hero gear order, make sure to review it and reflect. However, heroes can't be dependent on hero gear. They'll have to be self sufficient even without it. On the back of your hero gear form, there is a sheet on what kind of quirk training you believe will be suitable for yourself. We will then set it up for you."

That was the first time she ever got a reaction like that. “Sorry for showing you just like that...I should of warned ya” she told her softly, trying not to scare. How could she become a hero if what she did scared people. She frowned as she watched her shakey give her the envelop. She nodded her head slowly as she took a step away from Sakura wanting to give her, her space.

“Thanks Sakura.” She mumbled before quickly leaving. She knew that she couldn’t make every happy but here she was trying to talk softly and she ended up doing the complete opposite of what she wanted to do.
[1/26/2020, 12:09:02 PM] BOTSakura Yua: Sakura tried to flatten out her feathers, but her body was completely on defensive mode. If it wasn't for the tension and fear that left her mentally partially broken, Sakura would look adorably fluffy. "It's not your fault... I should be sorry." She whispered. Sakura knew that Koemi wasn't a bad person from all the classes with her that she had reviewed, but the last few quirk discussions had gone so poorly that she was trapped in her impending loop of anxiety. One had already threatened her, activating their quirk and approaching. Another had what seemingly been pushing Sakura further to the ground. She was familiar to abuse but never truly got "used" to it.
