Creative Server with additional features as a addon plugin to plotsquared

Based on the plotsquared plugin...

Additional Features:

- THEMES AND CHALLENGES
 - Generator system where if player types a command, it gives them a random theme / challenge in chat they can use for building. Basically a build idea generator
 - Temporary generated small plots: A 49x49 plot that is generated for those who enter the 10 min build sprint challenge (theme of their own choice), but as soon as the 10min timer finishes, they will not be able to build anymore and their build will be moved to a plot where all the 10 min builds can be showcased.
 - Build Battle: Players are teleported to a prebuilt arena when they challenge each other to a build off (if the other person accepts), and have them build in there, the community gets to vote / or something along those lines. If other players do the command / they will just get a message to spectate and give the estimated time the other build off will continue.


- ECONOMY
 - Have an economy system on Creative (Shop) - people get “g” (the currency) when voting / AFK’ing on the server. Earnt currency can be used to unlock the /hat or /pet or gadget items possibly? Could also be used to buy new plots

- TAGS AND TIERS
 - Have tags where different levels will earn a player a tag in front of their name. In spawn we can use some of the free plots to show what the different tiers would look like (more or less what type of builds would be needed for a Tag). If a person gets the highest tier, they can perhaps have one of the biggest plots.
