Experience as a staff member:
I have a good amount of experience of being staff on other servers. This is where it start, a server named Conflict Factions, I went threw most of the staff ranks such as Helper, Mod, Head-Mod, Admin, and eventually Co-owner. I did a lot for this server such as accept or deny staff applications, I did all of the perms for the default rank and the staff ranks, and I made things like a handbook for staff, this server had around 10-20 players on until it died down and eventually shut down. Next on my list is a another small server called NovaFactions, again I went through just about all of the staff ranks and stopped at admin. At the time this server didn't have many people on it and there wasn't many bans / screenshares, so after a lack of donations and motivation this server shut down. Another server I was staff on was a smaller hcf server named "pothq" this server had around 25-60 players on SOTW, but like all servers the players died down as the map got older. In the midst of map 1 of pothq I was accepted as a T-Mod, although the owners were nice, and the other staff were pretty chill as well but, at this time Pothq had a maximum of 10 players on a day and a week later of my promotion to T-Mod I decided that pothq wasn't right for me. So I resigned do to the lack of activity on the server. The next server on my list was a server called Warfine, now this was a hcf/kitmap server with around 50-250 players on the first couple of days of a map and soon died down to 50-70 then 20-50 and so on. I learned a lot from my experience on Warfine, I went threw the ranks T-Mod on the midst of map one, until the midst of map 2 , when I got promoted to Moderator. Now a couple of weeks after my promotion to mod I was promoted once more to Senior-Mod and then Head-Mod. Although I was Head-Mod for a couple of days the owners and the other admins felt as if I was ready to be promoted to Admin. I was admin all the way up to map 4 of Warfine Hcf, I also did accept ban appeals other things on the forums. Now.. I learned a lot from being admin on a great server like this one. I learned how to work the forums lot more in deft then I used to, I also used Slack to do things like post proof of all my bans and just to keep up with the server announcements and stuff like that. The name Warfine later was sold to other people but soon to be re-branded to "hczone." I Had great time staffing on Hczone as an Admin, but the staff team was quite corrupt with the owner promoting people that shouldn't be promoted, and the owners were quite immature and toxic. Now this server had around 300 players on at Start of the world, after sotw it died down to 60-120 players on daily, now on this server it was a lot more interesting because there were more screen shares and a lot more people in support rooms. I was staff on hczone for around 4 weeks, (Including my admin work before the server opened). Sadly I left hczone because of the corrupt staff team and toxic owners.

Why should you be chosen over other applicants:
I have plenty of unique qualities witch would make me a more qualified staff member.

[b]My Professionalism:[/b] I like to act as professional as possible especially when supporting a player in need, although I like to make jokes and have a good laugh once in a while I am also a very strict, focused and I try to stay on task as much as possible. I have worked with a lot of people in my past some I like and some I absolutely despise, but I really don't let that come in the way of me trying to help a player or another staff member in need. I have a lot of patience when it comes to other players and staff members. I don't joke about inappropriate things such as "ddosing" or "leaking" another staff members or players real life personal information. When I am on duty helping players out I always try to speak with appropriate words and grammar. I will never be toxic while I'm on duty as well.

[b]My Flexibility:[/b] I am a very flexible person, I can easily work with anyone anywhere. In my past i have worked with other staff members that I didn't like that much, but that didn't affect my ability to help other players and do my job efficiently. I also worked with players that I didn't really like but I don't give them a attitude or treat them any differently than a regular player.
[b]My Patience:[/b] I have a lot of patience for players or other staff members in need. I love to help every player and staff member I can. I usually don't get irritated that easily and I take criticism quit well. Usually if a player comes in TeamSpeak asking for help, I will help them as soon as possible, but if the player continuously asks the same question over and over after I gave the player a answer that's when I get a bit annoyed. Another example of this is when I am screen sharing someone and they could be trolling or trying to "stall" the ss, I usually wont get mad quickly but if they are wasting a lot of my time then I will take appropriate actions.

[b]TeamSpeak/Forums/Slack Accessibility / Experience:[/b] If I am on the server I can assure you that I will be in TeamSpeak helping players as well. I love to help players out in TeamSpeak its one of my favorite things to do as a staff member.  I do have a phone with TeamSpeak bought on it so I can join ts. at any moment in time. Having a phone also means I can access the Forums at any point in time as well. I love to reply to players staff apps and as a helper I know I can't accept ban appeals but I am generous and rather nice when I do look at ban appeals. I also like to comment of staff applications, and give people tips on how to increase their chance to becoming staff. I'm aslo familiar on how to use the forums. Slack. I'm not to sure if this server uses slack but if so I am quite familiar to the whole program / Website. I am more than willing then to use all three of these at any point in time. I am also good at handling situations like [url=https://gyazo.com/60cd9f4bde24cafae018dd9798e2aca5]this one[/url], I don't panic because there are to many people for one person to help, instead what I do is I confidently move one in at a time and I help them as swiftly as possible and I do this process fluently throughout the whole "Support waiting rooms" until there isn't a single person I can help left.

[b]My ability to screenshare:[/b] I do feel like I can screenshare quite well, with my experience on other servers and learning by myself. I have learned to find most clients, or anything used to make a players experience on the server worse.

[b]My Confidence:[/b] I am a very confident person when it comes to things like helping a player, or screensharing someone, or even backing up my bans. Although I a confident I won't be lazy and false ban someone because "I think" they're hacking.
[b]Trustworthy:[/b] I am a very trustworthy person I'm not one to leave because the server is at it's lowest point. I am the one to stay and help the server come back to life. I won't ever try and betray the server and leak private things such as plugins.

[b]My Playtime:[/b] I feel like I can fulfill the playtime necessary to become staff and to stay as a staff member. I can easily divide my playtime between hcf and kits although hcf will be more populated and a higher demand for staff help. I love both hcf and kitmap. If I do get a chance to be apart of this staff team I will do my best to stay extremely active on both servers. I also feel like I can help players when other staff aren't on, I do admit I have a weird sleeping schedule so I sleep quite late and that's usually when no staff are on to help. I often go out with my family to do things, but having a phone is a big advantage for me because when I'm not at home on my computer helping people, I can be on minechat helping players in chat and help to keep chat clean.

What can you bring to the staff team:
I believe I can bring a lot to the Urban staff team, such as my maturity, my ability to work with anyone anywhere, my ability to screenshare, I also have a lot of patience especially when it comes to players in need of assistance, I am very fast learner as well, and my knowledge of hcf , faction commands and plugins, I like to believe I have a lot of confidence as well. Although I am 14 many people say I do not sound like it, I like to act as professional as possible especially when supporting a player in need, although I like to make jokes and have a good laugh once in a while I am also a very strict, focused and I try to stay on task as much as possible. I have worked with a lot of people in my past some I like and some I absolutely despise, but I really don't let that come in the way of me trying to help a player or another staff member in need. I have a lot of patience when it comes to other players and staff members, but occasionally when a player repetitively asks the same question over and over or tells me something over and over I tend to just say "is that all" and kick them out (if answered yes). Being a admin on a decent sized server like Warfine doesn't come easily I have to learn and teach a lot of things to newer staff members or staff members that need a question answered. Now my knowledge of hcf commands and plugins, I obviously know how to set a factions regen, set a factions dtr, revive players, exc. I also know how to use Core inspect, I used that a lot as a admin trying to see if someone got insided, and they need their base rolled back, or simply to just check who maybe grief outside of a base or put inappropriate buildings outside of a players base. I also know how to stop certain situations such as some crashing issues. In conclusion I believe I would be a great addition to the Urban staff team I spent a lot of time on my application and I hope it shows.
