Add the " " around the names for example: No player with the name "cartoonii" found.
Do this for messaging, fly, clearinv, gamemode, heal, ping, spawn player, tphere, etc. basically for everything you can do it for.
But for every player never joined the server will always be: {player} never joined the server.

Also make a perm for /spawn basic.spawn and the no permission msg is: &cSpawn is located at 0,0.
