What is your primary character’s backstory and characteristics? I plan on playing the same character i have played in other RP servers. Jamarkis Jones. He walks the line of the law. Willing to do illegal things to make money but tries to avoid violent crime examples would be, Street racing, Get away driver Never the guy doing the robbing or holding hostages. He is a lover not a fighter.
You are hanging out with your friends and a car pulls up behind you, someone gets out with their gun drawn on you. The person tells you to put your hands up or else they will kill you, they then ask for you to get in the vehicle. What would you say and do in this situation? Listen to what they are saying and follow instructions. i dont need to end up dead! I understand the rules behind Fear RP and valuing ones life.
Do you understand acting salty to officers when arrested and rushing them to process you is not considered valid RP, that “breaking character,” or acting “immature” even when someone appears to have broken rules around you, is punishable? Yes. If someone else is acting out of character its best to just ignore them/ avoid the situation and report it later.
When is a good time to break character? Never/ Only when an admin asks you too.
What should you do if you’re arrested by the police and you lose power during the process? I looked through all the rules and could not see something specific regarding this. I assume that you would communicate with a mod or that player directly to allow them know the circumstance. Once you get back on and back into the game you resume RP as if it never happened.
If you’re robbing a store with a hostage, how would your character deal with the police and the situation at hand if surrounded?Considering i would probably not find my character in that situation but. I would try and negotiate the life of the hostage for safe passage out of the store. RPing out the negotiation is key. This isnt a shoot shoot bang bang game, its about the RP.

Please explain why meta gaming is bad. GTA RP is trying to recreate real life situations. Meta gaming completely kills this. Can elaborate if needed but I Have been a mod on 2 different FiveM servers before and have dealt with these issues before.
