Probably smart. And speaking of more SECT/old DOG members. SlidD is looking to rejoin as well. He did excellent last season so would be a good member to have back.

I noticed he had applied to the website, as well, so if you speak with any of them, please let them know - not only is the team tight, but I won't be able to do anything, until NT corrects our team count.

Thank you, Smithy... for whatever it is you said to them. This will make us so much stronger, and I could not be more excited!

Oh... and I don't want to single them out, or give them reason to go running back with a bunch of rules. Again, Slid and Austin were previous members, so they already know our environment is different; Slid even complained about it... remember? LOL, but I had an even better reply!

So, Doc is really the only one, however, Slid pushed it, on more than one occasion, so let's just be a little more attentive... and please be sure you are reminding everyone of the rules, when I am away. I, of course, will speak-up when I am here.

As a reminder, I sit with my mother-in-law, on Mondays, and tomorrow I will there from 7:00 a.m., until 8:00 p.m., to cover my sister-in-law's shift, since she covered for me last Monday, when I was sick.

Okay good to know, but I think their really bad behavior/language came out when it was them all acting tough together on their SECT discord server. It's different if you get a person in a nice place. Most may slip up a time or two, but I feel that most people are decent deep down. A lot has to do with their circumstances.

That's why when people ask about us having a discord server for DOG makes me shudder. Our captain is already busy, all the officers race a lot. Who will be there to moderate it? And why should we have a chat server? We are here to race and we can chat here where it is safe for children :smile: (just my opinion)

discord is much better for private conversations, but unless we want to totally replace this site, I think we're better staying here.

Thanks for that insight petromax. I was wondering if that was the attraction of discord. But I agree. While this sight has it's limitations, they are in line with the protections that NT tries to keep in place for younger members.

Since we have younger people on our team, I think we need to keep those protections in place.

That and while I think DOG should be a 'fun' team, we are about being a COMPETITIVE RACING team. I think some of our younger members tend to forget that.

I agree with them acting that way because of the environment, especially because of the way their captain speaks. And yes, Discord is a lot better to chat but we are a racing team after all. If there were only a site like this one that had a better chat it would be perfect.

I don't think there's anything inherently less safe about discord. The main reason I prefer this is that it's better for announcements and things like that.

Well first off, oops. I thought I was just replying to iDigDogs. Hello all other officers!

Moises, if he is, it's not the same bot as Nightmare. I do think he might be a bot but he's been vetted by the NT team so who knows. Besides his number of races he doesn't really show bot like behavior.

So I know he let's others type on his account (he openly says so on discord and it's not a secret). But he doesn't like doing that much (as no one should). But more importantly to win 95%+ of his races while racing 135+wpm avg your actual speed has to be higher to account for bot speed variation. So he's actually effectively a 145+wpm typer.

I can't think of a single person besides PhilliesMagic or melikepi that could pull that speed off consistently. Now tell me who races that fast, and is willing to do so for literally hours in the middle of night. Just run down the fastest speed typers on the 24hr, 7day,30day, season and you probably won't find a single person capable of doing that (besides the two I mentioned already). And they certainly aren't doing it for hours on school days at 1-5 am.

Also, for the past two days I literally have almost not slept. Nightmare has more races than me.... Oh wait, he also has said he has done some of this in his own words "high af". My speed and accuracy have tanked in the last 2 days. Nightmare is still doing races at 140+ at 99% accuracy and still winning nearly all of his races when it's during these night stretches.

So unless you can find some reasonable explanation for all of this... yeah, he's botting.
