- So i can't find the reason why you closed the case number : #PP-005-193-473-489
- i used 3 different sites to track the package and noone says that it has arrived to me ( the package is RS613982935NL)

- So i have opened a dispute in Paypal, and i have send you a message in there but I am not sure how to upgrade it to claim.
- Do you want me to escalate to paypal? or the dispute is enough to return the money
- And secondly how exactly am I going to get the lower price? are you going to give me a code to get a discount ?

- Usually, for the lost package, we all process in Paypal.
- They will check the package info and then make the refund to you.
- Also they will provide seller protection for us too.
- If not, they will think we not send the package or cheat you..

- If possible, can you please make a new order?

- For the dispute, we think usually Paypal may take about 3-10 days to process, then you will get full refund.
