  115. Do you want me to escalate to paypal? or the dispute is enough to return the money
  116. And secondly how exactly am I going to get the lower price? are you going to give me a code to get a discount ?

  147. They will check the package info and then make the refund to you.
  148. Also they will provide seller protection for us too.
  149. If not, they will think we not send the package or cheat you..
