Standard Stuff

• Timing is by RTA, starts at New Game and ends when the screen fades to black after Hall of Fame in game time is shown.
• Saving and quitting (S + Q) is allowed.
• Runs must be done on English version.
• Glitches are not allowed.
• Standard PSR Emulator rules apply

Category specifics

• Starter must be Mudkip (due to HMs)
• You are not allowed to catch any Pokemon. Castform is allowed to be used for the purpose of double battles.
• Berries, optional TMs, optional Key Items (Bikes, Fishing Rods and such) and EV/PP boosting items are banned.
• You must skip every optional Trainer
• You may not fight any wild Pokemon (incl. Kecleon) and therefore have to run from these battles.

Not Banned

• You are allowed to delete HMs at the move deleter
• You may pick up any not banned overworld items such as Nuggets for money
• You may sell forced TMs for money. The Pokeballs too lol...
