Simon is mainly going to be used as an information bot.

1.) Simon needs to be able to tell time, PST Time using triggers, !time, "What is time" and "What is time?"

2.) We need to be able to change the topic in both #EJMods and #EricJess using a simple !topic
	The topic needs to be split into three sections first saying Topic: thetopic / Eric is (we are able to plug in where he is / website
	We need to be able to change it with commands like !topic, !status and !site

3.) We need to be able to add triggers right from the mods channel, it needs to work with multiple word triggers and triggers with one word.
example:
ex)	what is bacon
	bacon is nasty.
ex)	!bacon
	bacon is nasty

4.) Just for fun we need to be able to talk through the bot, by using !say then we can talk through the bot in the public channel #ericjess and be able to do !action for /me (These commands will be done in the #ejmods channel and the message/action will appear in #ericjess)

5.) If banned from #ejmods all hop/op/admin can PM Simon saying unban or unban me, and it will unban from the #Ejmods channel

6.) When adding voice to have simple triggers like !voice beatlesman and it will voice beatlesman and send him a pm with a link to voiced user rules. (We confirmed with Allan that this was alright) (This is done from the #ejmods channel)

7.) If possible, we would like a php interface if this will not be too difficult.
