Dahlia was waiting impatiently. She set up a warm, cozy room in their huge scary mansion. It was in the back of the mansion, near the grub room just so Dahlia can listen to the grubs if need be. The room was painted a light blue, though it was faded from hundreds of years of no one living there. "Oh where is he..and he says I take too long! Some moths, I swear!" She was stomping her foot like an angry bunny. Huffing, she decided to set up a large, comfy bed. It was a huge bed, almost seeming to have been made for a queen rather than a normal moth pixie. The covers had ancient runes and blessings stitched into them, which Dahlia was able to fix up since it also was worn with age. "Such a difficult man..hm?" She raised her huge satellite ears, her two tails wagging in excitement. She smells some warm, sweet smells in the air, wafting towards her. Dahlia goes closer to the door. "Ooh..what is..?" A loud, anxious knocking was on the other side. Dahlia whooped and opened it. "Pierre, there you are! I have been waiting for hours!"
     Pierre ran in, yelping. "Hot hot hot hot, owie owie owie! I-I didn't think these would be this w-warm! Th-they were being left to cool for 30 minutes!" The big fluffy moth was carrying a tray of piping hot fresh cookies, iced with a pink special icing that does not melt from hot cookies. He whimpered and stuffed his chicken claws in his mouth, eyes tearing up. "Mmph..s-stupid Cinnamon clover caramel cookies..grumble grumble." Dahlia laughed and hugged his soft waist, burying her face in his chest. "Aaw..thank you Pierre. These cookies smell and look delightful! Let me go get some ointment for your er...paws? Claws?" Pierre smiles softly at her as she hurried off. "Haha...I don't care as to what you call em Dahlly. Just as long as you make sure I can still use them!" He thought aloud, noting his slight stammer was gone. 
   Dahlia came back with some cream, which Pierre rubbed on his slightly burned chicken feet Dahlia looked woefully at the slobber he got all over it. Pierre smiled at her. "Thank you Dah!" Dahlia smiled back, tossing the cream over her shoulder into the trash. "Of course, what else would I have done for my lovely boyfriend? Say, I don't think I heard you order the pizza." Pierre blushed some, his monarch floating down slightly. "Welll..uh..l-look, I-I really don't l-like talking to strangers on the phone so...sorry." Dahlia looked bemused at him. "Ah dear..we really need to get you out more, eh? Pizza should be here soon. I can call them up. After I do you can help me pick the movie." Pierre smiles. "Sounds good!" He wrote down a list of genres they each like, and grimaced as he saw how different their likes are. "May be harder than I thought..hmm.." Dahlia is done calling the pizza place. She nudged her boyfriend with a smile. "Pizza will be here in 5 minutes! Do you have any good suggestions?" Pierre looks at his list. "Uuuh..a drama/rom/com about two dinosaurs celebrating a shooting star?" Dahlia cackled at the darkly comic premise. "Sounds lovely!" The two began to nibble cookies as they wait for the pizza..and their night..to begin.
