Redid Swords Dance

Charging up swords dance now takes 60 frames, once charges, Lucario has 7 levels of charge

The following attacks use the specified levels of charge, and receive the according damage bonus. If Lucario has less charge than the attack needs, the attack won't receive a damage bonus.

Fsmash: 4 charge levels, 2x damage bonus

Side B throw and whiff: 3 charge levels, 1.8x damage bonus on throw only

Dsmash, Usmash: 2 charge levels, 1.6x damage bonus

Dair, ftilt: 1 charge level, 1.3x damage bonus

If Lucario has less than 7 levels of charge, he can do Swords Dance to top himself off again.
