There's nothing wrong with not being able to OUTRUN cops, but you should be able to get  close to their top speed whenever youre in a supercar that costs multiple millions, and you totally should be able to outmanuever a charger or ATLEAST AN SUV whenever youre in a 1,75million$ bugatti divo.
