  60. (P) - RESONANCE BLAZE (RB)
  61. This is done when your partner is down. Your character will be powered up for 15 seconds and becomes an
  62. offensive powerhouse. During this state:

  64. 1.) You will automatically gain Skill Gauge (based on Resonance Blaze level)
  65.     (a) Maximum Skill Gauge increases (based on Resonance Blaze level)
  66.     (b) Depending on Resonance Blaze level. Each level of Resonance Blaze increases max Skill Gauge
  67.         size by 1, meaning at Level 4 Resonance Blaze, max Skill Gauge becomes 9. Max Skill Gauge
  68.         reverts back to normal (5) when Resonance Blaze ends.

  70. 2.) Your recoverable health will automatically recover (based on Resonance Blaze level)
  71. 3.) Normals deal chip damage, chip damage increases (based on Resonance Blaze level)
  72. 4.) Skills can be canceled into Distortion Skills and Astral Heat
  73. 5.) Much like Cross Combo state, Distortion Skills are also enhanced
  74. 6.) Opponent cannot Cross Burst while in hitstun

  77. Activation. However, this does not affect Cross Combo, which can be used anytime.

  80. Command input for these skills are restricted to 236, 214, and occasionally 22.

  82. 1.) Distortion Skills are restricted to 236(BC) or 214(BC). This is similar to the inputs used in
  83.     Dengenki Bunko Fighting Climax series.

  85. 2.) Extra Skills enhance regular skills involving a Skill Motion with the Clash button and will cost
  86.     one gauge bar. Your character will glow blue while active. Extra Skill deals no red health on
  87.     hit.

  89. 3.) Astral Heat is 222(BC). For this to work though, it will require 9 Skill Gauges (and by
  90.     extension, Lvl. 4 Resonance Blaze). This ability becomes available after using Partner skills
  91.     to reach RB Level 4. Then, when your opponent is down to one character, alongside with your
  92.     partner, but has no health requirement to activate.
