Biography:

Phil Bell was born in Alderney City on June 28 1967 to an Irish mother and an Irish father with Italian ancestry. Although Phil is only part-Italian, he acts stray of his Irish heritage, possibly to fit further in with the family and the Commission.

Phil was arrested in 1984 for attempting to steal a car, and 1988 for promoting gambling. He was arrested in 1990 for manslaughter but due to lack of evidence the case was dropped and Phil was cleared. Phil is believed to have joined the Pegorino Crime Family in the late 80s and forged ties with Jimmy Pegorino.

In 1996, Phil was appointed consiglieri of the Pegorino crime family, despite his small Italian heritage.

Phil maintains a public status as a businessman, operating Honkers as manager, and directing a range of construction projects up and down the east coast on behalf of Jimmy Pegorino and the family. Phil is very cautious when speaking about his activities, as the authorities have been known to have bugged many of Phil's properties multiple times.

In 2005, his ex-wife Anamartino entered a custody battle with Phil over their two children.

The following year, Phil Bell married his now-wife Ginny Bell, and in 2008, Phil and Ginny secured custody over Phil's two children.

In early 2009, Phil and his family moved to a small town in rural Ohio. Phil maintained ties with Jimmy Pegorino and the crime family but focussed mostly on his family.

In 2015, Phil and his family moved back to Alderney. Jimmy Pegorino was delighted to hear the news at the time.

Currently, Phil still manages Honkers and many construction and real estate developments on the east coast, especially in the Liberty City area. He currently lives in Westdyke with his wife and children.
