Doesn't matter what OS I install, how many times I restart it. vePanel works but that's it. The VPS doesn't have a internet connection, cannot ping google (ping -c 5 google.com) on any OS after any restart.

It's Volumedrive's issue. I paid to have a Network+ certified server admin look at it and told me there is no routes to the net and there is nothing I can do to fix the issue and VolumeDrive will have to look into it. Packets aren't getting past your router.

Reconfigure my VPS properly from scratch and verify SSH works and send me an email with Ip, login, and pass for SSH and vePortal.

I also only have 1 IP assigned and not 2 as I've purchased.
These addresses are your additional IP's these can be used for things such as Nameservers or Private Website IP's. - 199.115.231.63
