BACKGROUND : Because of her father's job as a business man, Chunha was born in Osaka, Japan. Shortly after her 7th birthday, her parents and older brother (zhu zhengting) moved to Seoul, South Korea where her family fianally settled and raised both of the children. As a child, she was always shy and timid. In elementary school, she sits by herself, usually a book is stuffed in her face or she's doing homework from a different class. Chunha always wished for a group of friends to sit and gossip with, but her personality was in the way. Middle school rolled along and she met someone special, eclipse. their personalities are similar, so they hooked up right away. even though she had a few classes with eclipse, there wasn't enough to protect her from snakes that took her kindness as a free offer. Girls in her other classes would tease her because she wasn't Korean. they spat out racist remarks to her, telling her to go back to China, saying that they don't need another foreigner in the school. these hatred comments did take a toll, but she decided to push herself and move on. eclipse was there to help, and they both survived those three years of hell. to this day, they are still friends, close to be frank. through the school year, they applied to a summer camp in hope for finding new friends, and possibly, an admirer.

HOW DID THE GIRL AND THE LOVE INTEREST MEET? : on the first day of school, they were seat partners since it was assigned. while Chunha was waiting for the class to start, renjun walked to his seat and accidentally looked at her journal. he immediately saw moomin and started bombarding her with questions about moomin, which startled the girl who wasn't used to the friendly vibe he gave off. they talked until the bell rang, and promised each other to hang out with each other more.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS :
CHAEHA POV: "hmm he seems nice. will he like me for who i am? we DO like moomin so that's one point for him haha. he's Chinese too !! at least i can finally speak in Chinese freely. i'll give him a chance."

RENJUN POV: "omg omg omg she likes moomin !! more like adore !! I've never seen her before, is she new ? OH SHE'S CHINESE HELL YEAH I'M BEFRIENDING HER 100%. her bujo is so nice, and she draws well too ! maybe we can trade artworks."

TIMELINE OF RELATIONSHIP : they became close friends in an instant, which was really shocking to Chunha since she never friends that fast. they stayed as close friends and sooner chunha started getting feelings for him, but since she never felt that before, she ignored it. renjun is kinda obvious, he's pretty touchy and mainly talks a lot. since he knew that she's really shy towards others, he never confessed his feelings, since he didn't want to ruin their friendship.
