VM 8 Cost Analysis.

Each buyable mat is given a value at the average market value which it could easily be sold within 8 hours time.

Enchanting
Tier 11 Feedstock -- 10.5 gold each
MWA - 9 gold each
Teir 11 Alkhest -- 12.84 gold each
Spell Binds -- 23 gold each
Blessed Scrolls - 80 gold each
Identification scrolls -- 52 gold each

Crafting
Caprin Handles - 300 gold each (NEED 100)
Eau de Fascination - 1.5k gold each (NEED 30)

Cost to Craft the weapon: 75,000
Need 100 Handles and 30 Fascination.
300*100 + 1500 * 30 = 75,000 gold.

Enchanting from 1 to 12 Cost: 13,500
Let's assume it takes 1250 feed stock and 30 tries.

1250 * 10.5 + 30 * 12.84  = 13,500 gold

Master working Cost: 660
Assume it takes 5 bless scrolls to MWA

5 * 80 + 5 * 52 = 660

Enchanting from 12 to 15 Cost: Variable
Each try takes 200 feed stock and 100 MWA.
Each try costs (200 * 10.5 + 100 * 9) =  3000 gold
Assume it takes 40 tries. This will be the greatest variance and cost
40 * 3000 = 120,000 gold.
Assume it takes 50 tries.
50 * 3000 = 150,000 gold.
Assume it takes 60 tries
60 * 3000 = 180,000 gold.

Rolls:
Let's assume it takes 40 rolls and 1000 spell bind to get the rolls you want. Let's also assume you didn't have to buy the scrolls and any spell bind over 1000 you bound.

40*52 + 1000 * 23 = 25,000 gold

Total cost = 75,000 + 13,500 + 660 + 150,000 + 25,000 = 265k +- 30k

So you are looking around from ~220k to ~300k to craft a VM8 Weapon plus all the time to run the dungeons to get the mats that are not tradeable. However, it is possible to sell the weapon later on, assuming it doesn't become obsolete.
