Start of match:
- Sub in best-conditioned LB, RB, left-footed CB (must be on left), right-footed CB (must be on right), CMF, and GK
- When subbing in CMF, right-footed CMF's have highest priority
- If a left-footed CMF starts, start match at preset 2; otherwise, start at preset 1

Subs:
- Sub LB and RB at 60'
- If trailing by 2 or more at 80', sub out left-footed CB, sub in Dick Clark, go to preset 3, make sure Dick Clark is in position as SS
- Otherwise, sub out most tired of either the CMF or one of the CB's
	- If left-footed CB, must sub in best available left-footed CB; same for right-footed CB
	- If CMF subbed out, sub in best available of the CMF's, regardless of foot; if right-footed CMF is subbed in, go to preset 1; if left-footed, go to preset 2

Suspensions:
- If a medal player is suspended for a match, sub in Dick Clark for the suspended player; follow above rules, but do NOT go to preset 3 when trailing by 2 or more at 80'; instead, sub out most tired of the CMF or one of the CB's following above rules
